The best customer service we've ever had. Didnt dump the parts and run like so many companies...bit helped move all items to our back garden via our neighbours garden. Weeks later when we came to install the garden room we had a problem with the doors. This solely due to my novice building skills. I messaged AL timber and was called straight back and to my shock they said they were on their wayout to assist! Within an hour they were with a builder in tow and gave great guidance on how to rectify an error without dismantling the structure. Absolutely brilliant customer service!
Great service and product. Ordered a summer house, recieved contact the next day with all the preparation details. On delivery the driving was super helpful, unloading everything, making sure it was in the correct order and then spending time going over the instructions with my husband. Giving tips on the best and easiest was to assemble. My husband managed to put the summer house on his own and found the instructions useful. Really pleased with the finished product and highly recommend.

Fabulous Company from start to finish.I dont usually write reviews but we are so pleased with our Sauna after a lot of research we decided to go with A.L.Timber and we couldn't fault the quality of the sauna it's outstanding and the delivery was exceptional as is the value for money . Unlike most companies it did not arrive stuck on a pallet and dumped .We were talked through all the pieces which were carefully stacked and shown in which order to assemble everything,it was really above and beyond for good service and we love the finished result 😊
I was a little unsure at first whether to use this company instead of some of the big names like Dunster house. The reviews for dunster house were terrible so I opted for these guys. If you have the same dilemma don’t worry they are simple outstanding. The product is better, as is the price. But where they excel is customer service. The driver spent 4 hours unloading, carrying the parts through my house and stacking them in my garden in the order I’ll need them! He explained everything in detail before leaving but there’s even better service than that. I had a problem I couldn’t resolve so the owner drove from Cambridge, spent the day with me, sorted out my issue and then helped me with the roof. On a Sunday ! No charge! Unbelievable even in the day an age of customer service. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Seriously good.
We bought this summerhouse Spring 2022 at the time the service and product were great. I have come to leave a 2nd review as we recently moved home and this weekend moved it into our new garden. We could not believe how smoothly this went, it all came apart and back together easily. Every joint was perfectly clean and dry with no indication that any damp at all had got in anywhere. Can highly recommend.
Don't usually leave reviews, and had been a bit skeptical about the number of great reviews for AL Timber. But having now bought a sauna from them I want to just reinforce the message. A small company but absolutely great service! Really friendly, very helpful, prompt communications and when it did arrive Lauris who delivered it drove right up to the spot and unloaded and set all the timber or in sequence to make the build run smoothly, and had loads of helpful advice and tips. Really great, thanks!
