We’ve had a fantastic experience with Aybel Spaces building our garden room. From the very start they listened carefully to what we wanted, and helped us develop and refine our brief in a really thoughtful way - always mindful of our budget and what would deliver the best result. They took care of everything, including the demolition and removal of our old garage, the groundworks, and getting water, drainage and electricity in place. The build itself has been completed to a very high standard and the finished garden room is both beautiful and incredibly practical. It’s going to be perfect for home working. Communication was clear throughout and the whole process felt smooth and well-managed. We are thrilled with our garden room and the additional space it gives us to our house. Throughout the whole process Simon listened carefully to our needs, adapted his design to accommodate disabled accessibility and advised us on how to deal with our developer to obtain permission for our build. Once on site, despite some wet weather the build went smoothly and the team delivered each step of the build on time and efficiently as planned, taking care to protect as much of our new garden turf as possible. The site was left clean and tidy each day and on handover the room looked like it was meant to be there and settled already in its space. Couldn't be happier with our garden room from Simon and the Aybel Services team. Very cost competitive with other providers, really polite, friendly and courteous when on site. Worked with us to make sure the garden room was right for our needs, and the finished room is brilliant. Really well insulated, (both thermally and noise), bright and airy and finished to a really high quality.

Simon and his team were excellent from the beginning to sign off. We visited Simon's own garden room to discuss our requirements. It was extremely helpful to see a finished room. We were very confident that Simon knew what we wanted. Planning and costing were very clear. Simon and his team were easy to work with and delivered the garden project on time and were careful to make sure that they got those little details like location of light switches and plugs right for us. The garden building is lovely to work in, light airy and well insulated - for our family it makes a good home office space. Thank you for all your hard work. Absolutely LOVE my new garden room courtesy of Simon and the Aybel Spaces team. Working with an unconventional brief, using shou sugi ban external cladding and building a raised internal single occasional bed platform, the end result is exactly what I hoped for, actually it’s even better than that. I can’t recommend them highly enough 👌
