Baltic Bespoke Garden Rooms

From our first contact with Baltic Bespoke we have experienced excellent communication and quality service. It is a daunting prospect to put your faith and hard earned cash into a large project with a company that was albeit unknown to us. However, after thorough research we chose Baltic and how right we were. Baltic worked closely with us to create the perfect space. Almost as important, the journey to its construction was made as smooth as possible by skilled, polite and personable workmen who completed high quality work as speedily as practicable . Consequently, our garden room and canopy are exactly what we wanted; a beautiful, tranquil and practical area that really does enhance our garden and our well-being. We highly recommend Frankie and his team.

For most of my life, through my work, I have dealt with the most horrific trauma and significant stress. Along with professional help for my MH, I am now very much aware that I need my own space just to process things, calm down and to relax. I decided a Garden Room was the best option for me, to take me out of the house and to give my Family a break from me when I needed some time. I shopped around and had some site surveys done. One company stood out and that was Baltic Bespoke. From the initial visit and site survey, to the discussions around planning, costings and then the build, they have been excellent. The team who came on site were exceptional, a brilliant bunch of lads who treated us and our property with the utmost respect They were happy to explain what was being done and check at all stages that I was happy. Communication with the Baltic Bespoke Management Team was perfect and I was kept informed of what was happening at all times. The Garden Room has been finished and I’m very grateful to have my own space to chill out and relax. A big thank you to Frankie and all of the team for getting this all done for us. So we’ve just had our garden room completed and it is absolutely outstanding. It is everything Frankie said it would be when we initially discussed our plans. The whole process could not have been better. From our initial conversation, everything has been so smooth and professional and all the people who have worked on it have been friendly, know exactly what they are doing and keep everything really tidy too. I couldn’t praise the tradesman highly enough. Their standard of work is of the highest quality, nothing is too much trouble and they got it completed earlier than planned too which was great. Too many to name but they are really pleasant and personable to work with. The whole process flowed really smoothly, as soon as one part was completed, the next part commenced straight away and it was seamless. If there were any minor adjustment, the lads were more than happy to oblige. The materials used are of a really high quality and the end product is unbelievable. It genuinely couldn’t have been done any better, not a single thing I could be negative about. If you are thinking of getting a garden room, I would thoroughly recommend you use Baltic Bespoke, you will not be disappointed. We are so glad we chose Baltic Bespoke to build our garden room. From quotation to completion everything has run smoothly and the finished room is a very high standard. Frankie’s team are professional and clearly very experienced. They work like a well oiled machine, and as soon as one stage is complete the next stage starts. The team are all really polite and friendly. Special shout out to Paddy, the finishing carpenter who made sure the room was finished to a high standard! During the build we made a few last minute tweaks to the design (which I am sure caused a few headaches) but Frankie and the team were happy to accommodate. In terms of the room, it’s little things you don’t think about that come as standard and make all the difference - WiFi connected lights and heating (handy in case you leave things on you don’t have trek outside to turn them off), hard wired internet so no need to rely on boosters, they even sent their cleaning team at the end to make sure everything was shiny and new! Overall, we’re really pleased with our new garden room and cannot recommend Baltic Bespoke highly enough. Thanks guys
