We are absolutely impressed with our cabin which we use as a bar, hot tub and deck area. From design to completion the service from Andy and his team has been very professional and supportive. We outlined our requirements and Andy worked with Lugarde to design a bespoke building. Andy provided support and advice on the foundations, which we constructed ourselves. The cabin was supplied and erected within 5 days and is a great looking addition to our home. The measure of a company is how the respond to customer feedback and address any concerns. There were a couple of minor items which I raised with Andy, these were addressed immediately without any issues and Andy followed up to ensure we are 100% satisfied. We will be using Beaver Log Cabins for the next project.

After researching a couple of companies for the type of cabin we wanted, we decided to go with Beaver Log Cabins due to the professional way we were dealt with. Despite the price of the cabin we chose being the most expensive out of all the ones we reviewed at other companies, we felt it was the best option as better value for money. Andy is very thorough and very enthusiastic at what he does and this was another reason for deciding to go with them. Fully recommended.

Very helpful at point of consultation and ordering however customer service once order was placed then deteriorated, communication associated with order progress was non-existent. No clear delivery date communicated until pretty late, exceeded estimated delivery time blaming delays on Lugarde their supplier. Fitters polite and helpful. Quality of pergola we ordered is good, just tainted by customer experience received - following order, waiting for installation and following installation

Fantastic service from Andy and the team at Beaver Log Cabins from design to installation. Open, honest advice and guidance on what was needed and always happy to help. The installation was quick and professional and left the site clean and tidy. There are a lot of companies offering log cabins but for me I bought the best when I bought Beaver!!!

We have just taken ownership of our new Lugarde summer house. Both myself and my husband are so pleased and impressed not only by the quality construction of the summerhouse but particularly by the excellent service and communication that we have received from Andy and Kelvin at Beaver Log Cabins and especially by the professionalism of the two lads who came to assemble our building. Polite and obviously taking great pride in their work, we can't praise them too highly and we think that they are a real credit to the company. Thank you so much. Just need a few sunny days now to really enjoy our new purchase!
