BlackHouse Cabins

BlackHouse Cabins is owned by Doug Simpson from Aberdeen in north-east Scotland. The company supplies log cabins and summerhouses that exceed Residential Build Specifications BS 3632. The cabins are built to provide a quality, energy efficient home that will last and appreciate in value. The single storey offering is 8m x 4m. Energy efficient infrared heating can be provided throughout the cabin.

All cabins are fully customisable, and buildings can be easily extended to accommodate further bedrooms or study. Using the Standard Platform, customers can design their own unique home. Cabins are suitable to be transported to a pre-prepared site and should be operational in one to two days, with connection time to a prepared utility site usually 1-2 days. Main services include modern, innovative and luxurious small space living in an easily movable unit.

What stands out about this Aberdeen cabin builder is the appearance of the finished structure, with the single available account describing the cabin as attractive enough that it needs to be seen in person to be properly appreciated. Based on Leggart Place, the business falls under the log cabins and summerhouses category, and working hours and further service details are not listed. No additional patterns can be drawn beyond this impression of a visually striking cabin build.
