⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently purchased an outdoor cabin from Cabin Master to use as my new hair studio, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From my very first enquiry, the service was exceptional. David sent me a detailed video tour of one of their cabins already set up as a hair salon, which immediately sparked my interest in the company and helped me visualise the possibilities for my own space. I then visited their show site and met the team, where I was able to explore different sizes and build options. I sat down with the design team and together we created my dream salon. The whole process felt relaxed and enjoyable, with absolutely no pressure to buy at any stage. Every member of the team was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about their product. David later visited my home to go through the plans in more detail, and this is where he truly exceeded expectations. He suggested adding a floor-to-ceiling window so that from my kitchen I can look straight through the studio and out onto the view beyond the sliding doors. It completely transformed the feel of the space and added a whole new dimension to the design — pure genius! The build itself was smooth, stress-free, and incredibly efficient. The installation team were always on time, tidy, professional, friendly, and highly skilled throughout. I’m now left with the most amazing hair studio to launch my new business from, and I genuinely couldn’t recommend Cabin Master highly enough. Thank you to David and the whole team!

We chose Cabin Master for our Cabin to go in the back garden of our homes. From the first interaction with David on site at the Nottingham branch we were met with excellent customer service. David was very patient and knowledgeable and helped us design our Cabin. The communication from him and the team in the office leading up to the install was excellent and keep us updated along the way. The project happened as planned on the correct date and the install was spread over the days. Day one the base went in and the team were very professional and did an excellent job. They left the site safe and tidy taking away all robust with them and the site was set up for the main install next day. There team who came to install the cabin again were excellent and did a great job to an excellent standard. They again cleared the site of all rubbish and left the Cabin clean ready for the painter. The painter did an excellent job and again was excellent. He left us with a very clean and lovely new Cabin that is a joy to use. The service and professionalism of these guys is to notch and they are all great representatives of this company. The product is of a very high standards and worth every penny. It is not cheap but you detonated get what you pay for as this Cabin is an excellent addition to our home. Well done David and your team you should all be proud of what a great team you are. I dealt with John Tuck at the Studley showroom in Warwickshire. It was close to where I live, so I was able to visit and view the cabins first hand. Something many other companies can’t facilitate. This was very useful because I like to see things in real life. John was very helpful ( no sales pressure ) and a pleasure to deal with. He and Cabin Master in general really are a “one stop shop”. Everything is included from the ground base to insulation, electrics etc. So the price you pay is pretty much all inclusive. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Top class construction teams, quality products and quality workmanship. I’m very pleased with my Cabin and have no gripes or regrets. Its brilliant.

We chose this company as their quote was very good, and they had the fewest negative reviews of all the garden room companies we looked at. The team that put up the cabin inc. installing electricity did a wonderful job in three days. Everyone was friendly, professional and very efficient. Absolutely would recommend.

My wife and I came here with such high hopes, as Trustpilot reviews are so high. We also wanted to see a number of cabins and walk around within to get a better sense of space and possibility. On a positive, it's definitely worthwhile seeing the variety of cabins, and the build quality is really impressive. Unfortunately, the welcome we received was far from positive. My wife was actually upset on the way home. Staff didn't seemed interested in helping us out, and my wife felt that we were intruding when we went to the "staff cabin" to get further details. Other suppliers exist, so we'll take our business elsewhere, especially since it's such a large investment and we'd rather support companies that care about customer satisfaction

A very easy and professional service from start to finish. Nothing was a problem to them throughout, not even building around a tree. The fitters were extremely friendly and professional too. A lovely end product
