Absolutely AMAZING service and quality of product from this company. Chadi (the owner) is a customer service expert who has dedicated his time to me, often out of normal hours to make sure our custom built cabin arrived on time. I opted to build the cabin myself and it went together like a dream. Make sure you have a 100% level base and you will have no problems with this at all. During the build, I thought there was a part missing. I called Cabins UK and they offered to send a team out the very next day to put it right. It turned out that there wasn't actually a part missing, just mislabelled, but their genuine offer to send out a team so quickly demonstrates their commitment to customer excellence. So refreshing to find a company that gets how to treat customers. Even the haulage firm that delivered the cabin were great. Very accommodating from start to finish. This cabin didn't even cost the earth compared to the likes of Costco and other cabin providers I had seen. Everyone has commented on how great the cabin looks. It really is a 1st class product. We had to wait 3 months for it to be made as a custom order, but I'd have waited 3 years if I had to. I cannot thank Cabins UK enough. We will be recommending you to anyone and everyone that is interested or in need of a cabin.

Excellent service. From talking through the product, ordering, delivery and installation I honestly can't fault it. The cabin is great. I'd highly recommend.

Today I had to fix the roof of my log cabin. I am afraid it was not very good job, the screws were ruined and different sizes. When the log cabin was put in place, one glass was broken. I called a few times, no joy, eventually I gave up.It was  £ 6000 plus cabin so I am not very impressed..Thank you for your reply, I will get in touch. By the way the cabin was installed 2010.

I honestly cant find the words to describe this company other than they have been truly amazing, from the first phone call to the log cabin to the cabin arriving and being installed they have been fantastic, the two men who arrived to install the cabin, came early in the morning and finished this evening they did not stop, the worked extremely hard in this heat to make everything perfect. everything was installed perfectly. they even cut up the pallet the log cabin arrived on and stacked it neatly before they left. the gentleman who took our call when first purchasing the log cabin, he was very polite and friendly and called to check up on the process as we went on! Deffinetly recommend the company and will definitely come back if we ever needed another item from them. Outstanding service and fast delivery! Can’t fault the company in anyway! Thank you again.
