What decided it for us was their approach: sustainability at the centre of the build, and a willingness to work flexibly around what we actually needed. Dominic and Joel were professional and friendly from the first conversation, and they worked hard to build the space we actually wanted rather than something off the shelf. The planning stage was easy. They talked us through the options, gave us their view, and never pushed us on anything. Once the build was underway they stayed flexible, and we tweaked a few details along the way with no fuss. We enjoyed the process a lot more than I expected from a building project, and we're really pleased with the finished room.
I saw Circular Garden Rooms' advert on a local Facebook group as I was looking for potential builders for a new combined garden office and shed. I was particularly drawn by their promise to minimise the environmental impact of the construction, and I also felt that the quoted cost was very reasonable. From initial contact to the finished building, I was very happy and completely confident with Joel's communication, approachability, attention to detail and timekeeping, as well as with the build quality and materials, and with the respect with which they treated our house and garden during the work. The work was completed within the promised schedule, despite a week of appalling weather in the middle of the construction period, they left the garden completely tidy when they had finished the work, and their skip was collected the next day. Overall, very happy to recommend Circular Garden Buildings.
