Eden Garden Rooms

Our experience of Eden Garden rooms has been nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. Our initial enquiry was managed by Wes who arranged a prompt site visit and walked us through our options to ensure we had a design which suited our requirements, both functionally and aesthetically. We were assigned a fantastic project team headed up by Stephen, who consistently went above and beyond, ensuring we were informed of progress and next steps throughout the build, his communication was always clear and timely making sure he was onsite throughout which is always reassuring to the client rather than just being at the end of the phone. He worked tirelessly in the heat (3 week build during this unseasonal heatwave!) to ensure timeframes did not slip- no mean feat. The broader team of electricians, plasterers and screwpile fixers were always professional, tidy and really polite they are a credit to the company they represent. However specific kudos must go to our lead builder, Dave, who demonstrated the most extraordinary work ethic throughout our build, working his socks off to get the project over the line and providing practical and much appreciated advice on the ground for decisions which we needed to take. He was particularly conscientious when we had a children’s party planned half way through the build to ensure the site was clear and safe of materials even though it meant spending extra time at the end of his already long day of work to achieve this. Our finished product is beyond brilliant, we could not be happier with the final spec of our office room. From concept to build we would not hesitate to recommend Eden Garden Rooms; great people, great workmanship and great service. A real slick operation, thank you to everyone who contributed.

From my initial contact with Eden, my visit and quotation, communication with the main office on queries and payments, right through to the care and attention of making sure everything was perfect with my build, from all the very highly skilled tradesmen. Particularly amazing considering they built my garden room during the heat wave which was a challenge in itself! The quality of the room and materials is amazing and love the fact they do everything. From the build and construction to electrics, plastering, painting and wifi. All built with much care and perfection. Thank you Eden for making my experience so amazing and love my new garden room!

I’d been thinking about building a garden room for a long time and spent quite a bit of time researching different builders in the market. After speaking to several companies, everything changed when I first met Wes from Eden Garden Rooms — from that moment, I felt confident I was in the right hands. That confidence proved to be absolutely right. The team delivered a high-quality garden room that we’re genuinely enjoying every day. The professionalism throughout the project was outstanding, especially from Ian and Max. They were fantastic — hardworking, friendly, and committed — working through rain, sleet, cold winter type days in May, and the very following week even intense heat with temps soaring to 35c, yet never compromising on quality. Despite all of this, they completed the build in just three weeks, which was incredibly impressive. Everyone involved in the process was great to work with — they really listened to my requirements and ensured the final result met, and even exceeded, my expectations. The quality of the build is superb. I genuinely couldn’t thank them enough, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Eden Garden Rooms to anyone considering adding a garden room to their home.

The team from Eden Garden Rooms were amazing from the beginning. Wes contacted me promptly and we arranged a site visit that was convenient to me. Wes was up front and honest about my ideas for the room, and gave great advice. You can tell Wes has years of experience. Max, my lead builder, was very efficient and knowledgeable. He always went that little bit further to ensure the build was perfect. On his advice I decided to upgrade to having the exterior painted with osmo oil, which is a decision I am so glad I made now. The entire team arrived when they said they would, were polite and made me feel I was a part of the build experience. Even in the pouring rain, there were no complaints, they just got on with the job. The decision to add the path and fix the conservatory steps rounded off the project, and has made the room feel more of an extension than an annex to the house. Stephen spent a lot of time discussing options here to ensure I got the look and feel that I wanted. And he really is a grafter. They say you pay for what you get, and in this case I certainly have. I honestly feel like I have gotten the best of the deal here, and our family now have a games room to create memories for years and years to come. Thank you so much to the entire Eden team for helping me to achieve a dream I have had for many years.

As always, Eden have gone above and beyond - not only with the build of our amazing gym, but with the aftercare too! Steve came out to repair the trim on our garden gym after it was damaged by the sun. He arrived on time, was incredibly professional, and made sure everything was absolutely perfect before leaving. The level of service Eden provides is honestly unlike anything else we’ve experienced. We would recommend them time and time again!

My Eden journey was a very lovely one from start to finish. I can’t praise the team enough. From Barry putting in the Screw piles, to Matt the builder, to Sean and Callum (father and son) plasterers and finally to Dan and Oz the electricians. Must not forget Wes who organised my initial enquiry, Design and planning permission and got the dream rolling. Also thanks to Mick there at the beginning and also signing off. This project was part of a larger home renovation, hence why it’s not quite finished. The electrics were tested but not connected to the main meter, by design. And I didn’t have an engineered wood floor, A porcelain tile floor is to be laid, as it’s going to be an art studio. As you can see the dogs love it, as do I. It’s a beautiful addition and fits well into the plot. I really feel I’m in nature with all trees surrounding. Their customer care is second to none. And I’m sure if any problem did arise, they would be there at the end of the phone. Highly recommend. My thanks to you all again. Jane and the dogs.

Our experience with Eden Garden Rooms was an enjoyably positive one as it has a strong customer focus with good communication throughout.  Tim, their helpful sales chap, was excellent with all our questions and requests dealt with quickly.  The build team, Jason, Zak and Dave with electricians Dan and Ozel were professional, conscientious with a good eye for detail as well as being personable and friendly..... as well as Duncan and Stephen putting the piles in at the beginning with Barry, George and Dave doing the initial clearance and project manager Mick. We're very happy with our garden room and would highly recommend Eden Garden Rooms.
