Shocking customer service. Very delayed in giving details, dont answer all required queries and have provided incorrect price on 2 occasions. We now have oir garden ripped up and its taken months and now an extra £2k than original quote because of their delayed replies. Wish we went elsewhere.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Awful and overpriced products. There's a reason their ratings are so bad! Lots of other people experiencing similar issues. The quality is horrendous and the service is somehow even worse. If what you want is to be sent the wrong parts, the wrong instructions (we purchased a 6x4, not an 8x6 as the instructions and parts would lead you to believe), not be able to get in contact properly ever, for doors not to close properly, screws from hinges to come out, window latches to break, mould to develop, wood to split, and to get blamed at every step of the way whilst you try and get it sorted, forcing you to spend months going backwards and forwards all to end up having to contact the bank to get involved via a section 75 for the company to just ignore that too, then you're in luck because Elbec are absolutely ace at that! However, if you even value your sanity slightly you'll avoid Elbec and their just as useless manufacturering partner (Shire) altogether! Without a doubt the worst product and customer experience I've ever had the displeasure of purchasing and dealing with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Helped driver unload my shed. Batons were all too short. Having employed a fitter to build my shed it was too late to discover the shortfall. I contacted elbec who said I should have notified them sooner. This incurred extra labour and material costs for me to pay for my fitter to return with the correct size batons I would say a very unsatisfactory response from elbec and cannot say anything positive about my experience from a poor customer service and Inferior product
All the parts arrived and were delivered on the date advised. There was nothing missing and the assembly was reasonably straight forward, although the instruction leaflet was a bit messy as it hadn’t been printed very well, but apart from that, it all went together nice and solid, so, good job done.
Very happy with my woodstore. Delivery was good, the store came in 3 parts so was easy to move round to the back garden. Easy to assemble and all screws supplied. All in all very happy with the good quality product
Ordered greenhouse. It arrived on time in perfect condition. Fortunately, I have a friend who builds model aircraft and boats, and is used to following instructions to the letter and in the correct order. We had a very enjoyable day building the greenhouse, which went together perfectly, and we are delighted with the result. Tomato plants are doing well.
