Very impressed with the customer service from GardenShedUK. Noticed a shed I'd bought from them in summer 2024 has developed a leaky roof a few weeks ago - admittedly that's not ideal, however within one working day of raising this issue I got a call back (from a real person! In 2025!) and 2 days later a team was at my house fixing the roof. No questions asked, no bill, not even a debate about whether the shed was still under warranty - a real breath of fresh air. Thanks for fixing my roof guys!!

We received our shed 30th April 2025 we left the men from garden shed uk to build it, the next day when we were putting items into our new shed that we noticed a LOT of mould on 2 walls inside and outside the shed all over. I sent photos to the company and said this is not good enough for a brand new shed . They sent an email on information about mould !!! Sent another email which they said that mould does not penetrative the wood structure and that it is tanalised anti rot treatment and there is various products available to clear any further mould growth! Took a £1000 of my money and not interested in customer service

I ordered a composite Endura range, pent UBER HAUS, 3.6m x 3m from a local supplier for Garden Sheds UK, to use as an office. Initial design with White Post farm garden buildings was straightforward with clear guidance given. Installation was carried out by Garden Sheds UK, during what was the worst weather this year. First team arrived needing to clear 10cm of fresh snow before they could start. Plenty of hot drinks were offered as they busily cracked on having completed the initial build and cleaned up by mid afternoon. Second team (plasterer) came on day two and completed his job by early afternoon leaving me instructions on how best to allow it to dry. 1 week later a fully dry building saw team three arrive from the final fix, flooring painting clean up and handover. Really pleased with the finished result, holds heat well, clean finish and a great place to spend my working day. ALL contact with ALL staff was exceptional with everyone keen to ensure I was happy with my product and ALL very focused on customer service. Would I use again? 100%. I would recommend this product and this team to everyone considering an outside building solution. MANY THANKS

Very good quality. Apex shed accurately made according to my garden size and fitted.Looks great.I just need to apply wood preserver on a sunny day.Aaron and Mark arrived on time. If you want a low-cost shed, then these are the guys. But… It will warp and shrink despite being painted, the door won’t fit from Day One. And it won’t be fit for purpose unless you are prepared to replace panels, as I had to do. The company brushed off my initially polite complaint, - on behalf of my 94 y-o mother in law who bought it - saying I hadn’t used the correct oil-based paint (I’d liberally used a ‘name’ and prescribed product) and curtly said there was no way they would offer any form of recompense. Read the small print they said. So I asked a timber merchant for his opinion, the owner of a large company. He said, yes, using an oil based paint would have been better - but after only six months it still shouldn't have shrunk by 10 per cent in several areas. His opinion was that it was low-cost wood. Battleship paint wouldn’t have stopped the problems in such a short time. Incidentally the wood I used to replaced the warped sections was painted with the same product - and that hasn’t warped or shrunk after several winter months. The same paint has been used many times on my own shed and fencing - and that has’t warped or shrunk either. In short, a waste of money. We won’t use them next time we need a shed.

3 Year Review of Garden Shed. This is a review of a tanalised shiplap pent garden shed that was installed in February 2021. The shed was purchased from High Peak Garden Buildings in Bamford but actually came from GardenShedUKLimited in Sheffield. Installation was very quick, the guys were punctual, tidy and helpful with explaining about the after care. After about 6 weeks I noticed an area inside of the roof was getting damp so I rang GardenShedUKLimited and within 2 days they sent their guys back to re-felt the roof. That cured the problem and I have not had any issues since then. So after 3 years of this shed dealing with worst of what the Peak District weather can throw at it I am very happy to say I have absolutely no regrets and very pleased with it. There are no signs of rot or wood damage, no signs of any structural wear. The shed is very well sealed, perhaps a little too well sealed as I found condensation was building up on the inside of the window in the winter but this was easily rectified by installing a small adjustable air vent to get a bit of air circulation going. To be fair it is in a position of full sun so it's no surprise that moisture was building up on sunny winter days after a very cold night. The shed was left to "weather" for 6 months before being painted with Osmo Oil Country Colour wood paint on the recommendation of the guys at GardenShedUKLimitted and after 2 and a half years since being painted still looks great. I'd definitely recommend going with their advice and using a premium shed paint, it's much better in the long run than a cheap alternative. I would definitely use this company again if I ever need any more garden buildings in the future.

We purchased our ‘hot tub open front section room’ through ‘KJS Garden Buildings’ located at ‘Walkers Nursery’s’ Blaxton Doncaster. Great service and advice when purchasing the room from Kyle, who talked us through our options and then emailed us the quote the next day advising on a delivery and installation date, should we go ahead with the order. We went with the ‘16mm log lap’ 10’ x 14’ with rubber roof and had the base supplied as well which is a solid platform for the room to sit on. We received a phone call the day before installation to advise us on a rough estimation of the time they would be arriving, which I thought was handy to know. The two guys who came to deliver and install the room (Simon & Dave Darby) were extremely professional and skilled workers, friendly & courteous at all times. They worked hard to get the room installed, nothing was too much trouble for them. They are a credit to your company and represent a quality service which you should be very proud of. I would highly recommend this company for any garden room etc. you may require. The room is well built and should last a very long time. The price is very reasonable as well and for such a quality product. We are very happy with the whole process from ordering to installation. Thank you very much to all involved with our purchase from beginning to end, we are very pleased with our ‘hot tub room’ and happy customers.
