We went to Debbie's, Greenhouse People Aberdeen yesterday. Janna Greeff and Garry Walker, (Site Managers) met us and spent time explaining about their order system and showing us our various options. We are very pleased that we were able to complete the order at the time. They were very patient, thorough and helpful. The greenhouse we chose should be with us in about six weeks' time. We met Neil at Dobbies in Aug last year. Fresh out of cancer surgery, wanting to improve our garden with an outhouse we had always spoken about. Initially he was very engaging and great with the kids. We bought the cabin for just under £12k. Once the money was paid, all the problems started. - The paint we were promised was included, wasn’t included, and subsequently cost us an additional £400. - The delivery of the wood was abandoned in the driveway at 5am, blocking my car in! - The installation was a day late which then overlapped with other commitments we had. - The door on the cabin has always had problems closing. We have emailed twice about it and keep getting fobbed off. The cabin itself is great quality other than the door not working. However, I wouldn’t recommend buying this from Neil or Garden Villas, as you’re promised the world and forgotten about once you’re fully paid. Aftercare is embarrassing.

My wife and I recently visited The Greenhouse People at their Aberdeen site within Dobbies Garden Centre to explore options for a new greenhouse, where we were warmly welcomed by Garry Walker, the Show Site Manager. From the outset, Garry’s friendly manner, deep product knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm made us feel completely at ease. He took the time to guide us through the greenhouses on display, clearly explaining the features, advantages, and differences between each. Nothing was too much trouble, and his patience and attention to detail meant we never felt rushed or pressured. The whole experience was relaxed, informative, and enjoyable. Thanks to Garry’s expert advice, we were able to make an informed decision and are delighted with our purchase. We’d have no hesitation in recommending The Greenhouse People, and Garry in particular, to anyone considering a new greenhouse.

Thanks for sorting out our new greenhouse. Absolutely delighted as We live at the very top of Scotland so had difficulty in getting a greenhouse delivered and getting fitting was just impossible. Having phoned the Greenhouse People we were advised which products could be delivered and also fitted, We we're also advised that if we weren't in a rush and could wait we would get a call back once a sale or deal came up. Hey presto last week we got a call with an offer of 15% discount. Needless to say we now have purchased an Alton Greenhouse and are now awaiting delivery and fitting dates. Neil organised everything quickly and professionally but was also cheerful and friendly with it so felt really at ease.

Went to the Greenhouse People to purchase my first greenhouse. Neil was fantastic and gave me lots of information about greenhouses in general but also lots of other growing and gardening tips which I really appreciated. He was super friendly, helpful and honest. I would definitely recommend going to the Greenhouse People and speaking to Neil!

We bought a greenhouse from the greenhouse people having visited them in Aberdeen. The service from Neil was excellent. We only had it up for 2 years when a storm hit and the greenhouse moved from its base by a foot and some of the frame was badly buckled. We contacted Neil again and he sent out Jordan one of his contractors to give us a quote to take it down and replace it. However when Jordan came he looked at it and thought, I think I can repair this. The frame was badly damaged but all the glass was intact. He took it apart, repaired the frame and put it all back together again. It looks like new. Excellent job and Jordan was a really nice guy. Big thank you. We paid him and did not have to claim on our insurance. Would highly recommend his services. Photos of the before and after.
