When buying the greenhouse, the team at the Ponteland branch was incredibly helpful. They didn't just try to sell me a product; they gave me excellent, practical advice to ensure I was getting the exact setup that would work best for my garden. The installation process was just as seamless as the buying stage. I want to give a massive special mention to Dave Parkin, who came to install the greenhouse. Dave was punctual & polite, he arrived exactly when promised and was a pleasure to have working in the garden. It was immediately clear that he had extensive knowledge and experience in building these structures, working with absolute precision and efficiency delivering a high-quality greenhouse that looks fantastic and feels incredibly sturdy. If you are looking to buy a greenhouse, I cannot recommend the team at Ponteland and Dave Parkin highly enough. A stress-free experience from start to finish.
We're really pleased with our experience with The Greenhouse People in Ponteland. This is our first greenhouse, something we'd wanted for a long time but knew very little about, and we chose them after reading their reviews. We weren't able to visit in person, but one phone call was all it took. Paul answered and was so helpful and kind, explaining everything and patiently working through all our questions. The whole process was smooth from that first call through to delivery, which arrived safely with everything we'd ordered. Paul even suggested people who could assemble it for us, which was a great help. We'd definitely recommend them.
Great service by Nathan at The Greenhouse People at Dobbies, Ponteland. We bought a Hercules Octagonal greenhouse at the weekend and couldn't fault Nathan's knowledge and advice, the patience he showed (while we made a decision), and his friendly, helpful attitude. We'd highly recommend them!
Paul and all the team were very helpful, the10ftx8ft Robinsons greenhouse is of a very good build quality but the manual leaves a lot to be desired.
We have had a pleasant experience here purchasing a potting shed. Paul has been instrumental in assisting us, and nothing too much trouble. Very easy process to undertake. Thankyou 😀. No potting shed up as yet but underway.
