Greenhouse People Southampton

A very good service from Kurt at Southampton. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up with a Nordic garden room - exactly what we wanted.

Went to have a look at the greenhouses and shed intending to possibly place an order on line. Spoke to Dan Hamilton-Lea who answered all my questions and explained the differences between the ranges. Excellent product knowledge and no pressure. Ended up ordering a shed and a greenhouse. 5 stars for Dan. However the delivery information of 4 to 6 weeks for the greenhouse is wildly out. Will be 8 weeks. I have yet to hear when the shed will arrive. Therefore 4 stars overall. Update: Shed delivery was given as 6 to 7 weeks. Just been given the date and it will be 12 weeks and I'm not happy.

Kurt was very helpful during the ordering process for our shed. He clarified all details relating to the installation including access requirements and adequacy of the concrete base.

Kurt was a pleasure to talk to, very easy, both my husband and I suffer with anxiety but we didnt even have to ask the questions we prepared as he covered them all without us asking. Very informative. It made the whole process super simple and easy. 100% recommending to everyone we know. And will be coming here going forward for all our shed and summer house needs. Thanks ☺️

I visited Greenhouse people at Westend in Southampton to look at garden rooms with my wife Mary. We had a good browse around the site and like the offerings on show. We discussed and returned again at a later date after deciding to purchase. We were not interrupted in our viewings which was good as far as I was concerned, I didn’t want any interruptions! We approached the sales office to discuss and we were greeted by Dan Hamilton Lee who explained the options available, size, materials etc. He was very thorough and professional, so we placed an order. He took us through step by step the order process and the breakdown of the order. Order placed, job done. Excellent customer skills Dan, no pressure to order, which was great. Thank you.

We have just erected a new Dutch Barn style shed that we bought from Greenhouse People. It is a good product, with decent quality material that would have been great with a few more screws/nails and slightly clearer instructions. Dan Hamilton-Lea helped us select the right shed for what we needed from a large selection. He was very helpful and gave us a very fair price. This is the third time we have bought from this company and will recommend them and Dan to anyone else looking for a shed or garden room in the area.

Kurt was extremely helpful answering my questions regarding the Greenhouse I was looking at purchasing. He was courteous and very patient with me while I checked and double checked everything in the Greenhouse at their premises in West End. We are looking forward to using this new Greenhouse once it arrives and is installed in our garden.
