We had an accident with one of our Ham House pineapples. The lady in the office was extremely helpful offering a repair kit . We decided to purchase a new pineapple. It arrived in good condition and the delivery driver went above and beyond to be helpful. Would definitely recommend this company.
So pleased with this beautiful urn and pedestal. Was worried the drainage hole wouldn’t be enough after connecting the urn to the base but it’s well engineered and drains perfectly. Looking forward to watching it age naturally with time.

Haddonstone are the best quality caststone manufacturers in my view. The finish and detail of the products is second to none. Service levels from the freindly and efficient, staff are faultless from the order to delivery.
I recently purchased a Statue and Pedestal from the website. The customer service was excellent. From the initial order to the day of delivery, I was kept informed the whole time. On the delivery date, the driver was very helpful and friendly, and delivered the items direct to my door. The packaging was superb. They now both have pride of place as a centrepiece in my garden. I have just received my bird bath and I am delighted with it. It looks well manufactured and I am sure it will give me many years of enjoyment. In addition to it looking great, I was very pleased with the delivery driver who positioned and assembled it for me. The driver was very courteous and a great ambassador for Haddonstone. I had been kept informed every step of the way and the driver had also contacted me with an estimate of arrival time. All in all I am a delighted customer and have no problem recommending Haddonstone for your garden stoneware.
