Hampshire Log Cabins

Value and friendliness feature in the accounts left for this Havant log cabin supplier, with one person highlighting an owner who was pleasant to deal with and the pricing felt fair for what was supplied. Other accounts take a different view of the company's reliability, describing an operation that customers felt had slipped from earlier standards and now compared unfavourably with buying a replacement cabin from a larger retailer.

Several people raise concerns about the advice given before purchase, suggesting that expectations set during the sales conversation were not matched by the finished product, and that the seller distanced himself from responsibility once a cabin had been supplied. Refund requests are also described as being turned down, and the willingness to stand behind a building after it has been delivered comes across as inconsistent. The business supplies log cabins from its base in Havant, and the mixed pattern in these accounts centres on how purchases are handled when something goes wrong rather than on the buildings themselves.
