I would give them 10 if I could everything was as I asked , I don’t know what I expected but it was 100% better I am over the moon with the finish my friends and family are delighted too and may I say every member of the workforce were extremely hardworking polite and all clean up after themselves Thanks to the whole team and especially Bruce
In January 2022 IGR completed the build of our garden room. There was snagging but this did get rectified. Since then we have had issues with the walls significantly cracking where the boards meet and a leak on the ceiling. I informed IGR of these issues in December 2022 and it is now August 2023 and these issue are still not resolved and they have been very unresponsive. They have told me that I was out of my 12 month warranty as my warranty apparently started when I received my quote, not when the work concluded! That is ridiculous and is not the case as their quote clearly states that it starts on receipt of the last payment. I would absolutely NOT recommend IGR
Professional, friendly, amazing team with top class skills, clean, respectful to neighbours and in general have done an amazing job on a massive build at our house! Couldn’t recommend enough! 👍
Really pleased with the job the Bruce and the lads done on our Garden Room/Bar, took about 2 weeks from start to finish in really cold conditions, I will recommend Instant Garden Rooms to anybody who asks who done the room for us. Once again thanks 😬
Laurence, Bruce, Chantelle and the team have been fantastic. They have created a superb mini office space from which we can work comfortably from home. Every last detail was considered including Farrow and Ball paint and a step up from the garden. We would highly recommend this company.
