Having spent a long time searching for garden offices, I finally found Johnsons Garden Buildings, who on the face of it offered an all in one package at a good price. Realising I worked near the Royston show site, I went and had a look and spoke with the small personable team there and that sealed it for me. From start to finish, the process was smooth and the Royston team were super helpful and knowledgeable. The downsides... you have to paint it yourself (you get the paint)... but what a great sense of achievement afterwards. Thanks to Henry and his team !
Purchased an Avondale Garden room for our property back in November 2023, The customer service and quality of build and aftercare is excellent, Ian from the Royston office has been brilliant and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a garden room.
Just had The Hub garden room installed in our garden. The process from start to finish has been amazing. Thanks to Henry at Royston for the advice and survey and our two wonderful installation guys that spoke us through the build and left the garden immaculate afterwards. I principally dealt with Henry at the Royston site who made the whole process very simple and easy. I was given options, indulged with my own custom adjustments to the plan and had multiple confirmations and checks to ensure the building was as discussed. Installation of the building was smooth with regular checks to ensure all was as the plans had been agreed. The build took two working days to complete and i'm very happy. The whole process could be summed up as easy and smooth, the team who i dealt with were very responsive and made the end to end process easy. I have recommended the Royston team to local friends now too. I'm very happy i went with Johnsons and the Royston team.
The worst experience we have had in a very long time problems on day one and admitting fault and months after still not getting a solution you have to pay 14 days prior to install and when you have it done and they don’t do a good job and leave you with panels lifting with in 2 months they refuse to issue any sort of refund. Be very careful when booking if you use them make sure your home during the whole process otherwise could be left with a bad decking
