We have a 5x4m cabin used primarily as a sewing room. It arrived as a flatpack but the construction crew of 2 took great pains to get the site base level and square. The build after that was rapid, including underfloor insulation and a step up to the doors. The result is everything and more that we could have expected. A qualty cabin. We have protected and painted it, and are installing lights and power. The cabin looks fabulous and we look forward to many happy years of sewing!
Outstanding service from sales to aftercare! We bought an ex-display Wellis Palermo Life hot tub, and the entire experience was brilliant. Zak managed to arrange delivery on a very tight deadline, and the installation team was incredibly knowledgeable. Because our setup required a crane installation, we were apprehensive, but the crane company they used knew exactly what to do and handled it flawlessly. We had a couple of very minor faults initially, but the after-sales support was fantastic and resolved them very quickly. The hot tub itself is exceeding our expectations and is very easy to maintain. Highly recommended!
The service from start to finish was friendly and professional, no hard sell, just listened to what we wanted and advised accordingly with options. The install was on time and they guys did a brilliant job, and left the place spotless after they left. Would highly reccomend to anyone!

I've been looking to buy a hot tub for a few years now, but was always full of questions, thoughts and time restraints. Mainly about 13amp or 32 and how I would get it delivered. Also I tend to ignore the over pushy salesmen. What impressed me the most was the fact I gave a budget and the store did try to push or upsell me further but made sure I got all I needed within my budget. Zak was fantastic, he didn't pressure or rush me into any decision, he even came round to the house to survey delivery and put my mind at rest with getting it into the back garden as well as sorting the electrical upgrade out so I wasnt just restricted to just 13 amp models. The entire experience was very relaxed and I'm very greatful I called in. I will 100% be going back to to see Zak when Im ready for my garden shed/ bar. Great shop and great team. (Not to bad a coffee either) Thanks you I'm very greatful for your time and love the tub.
