Terrible service from the company that supply and fit the sheds, ours leaked, and still is, they climbed on the roof and have cracked the wood supports internally. Both dreadful companies to deal with and Kedleston Garden Buildings don't want to know. Expensive, you expect better. Our friends that also bought from here are equally as disappointed with the quality and service. They over promise and under-deliver in every way. Very disappointed could have bought better quality and less stressful. Be warned. No doubt this review will be removed!

We purchased a shed through Kedleston Garden Buildings, who were pleasant to deal with from the outset and reassured us that their installation partner had an excellent track record. Unfortunately, our experience with that second company, TGB Sheds, has been nothing short of a prolonged disappointment. The problems began before installation even started. The first delivery had to be rescheduled due to a van breakdown, and on the second attempt the fitters arrived early before we were ready. Damaged panels were immediately identified during install by the fitters, with them recommending us to chase customer services, which we had to do repeatedly just to arrange remedial works. After the first round of repairs, the shed began showing signs of structural stress with panels bulging and tongue and groove joints failing. Getting any response from TGB Sheds at this point was a struggle, and we had to go back to Kedleston Garden Buildings to intervene on our behalf. To their credit they made sure to join us for the remedial visit and took over communications when we were unable to get through ourselves. It was eventually confirmed that the shed had been incorrectly installed from the start, and by that point the structure had distorted enough that an entire side needed replacing. Almost a year on from this round of repairs, we still have protruding nails, large gaps throughout, and now a patch of mould growing in the roof panels, all on an expensive shed that should have been fitted to a professional standard the first time. Kedleston Garden Buildings have been genuinely helpful throughout and did their best in a difficult situation, and we’ve appreciated their involvement especially in helping to drive communications. However, the warranty on this shed is only as good as the company honouring it and TGB Sheds’ unreliable communication and poor workmanship leading to an inability to resolve issues without creating new ones makes that warranty feel worthless.

I am extremely pleased with the quality of my shed it exceeded my expectations. I wanted the shed insulated and lined to house my dolls houses and Mark and John certainly went the extra mile to achieve this and made a super job. I would definitely recommend them to supply you with a high quality building tailored to your individual requirements.

After years of putting off replacing an Asbestos Garage, we finally took the plunge and chose Kedleston Garden Buildings to put a shed in it,s place.We definitely made the right choice. From start to finish the process was professional and stress free.The communication was excellent and the quality of work top class.We had 2 site visits before the work began ,and nothing is too much trouble .Mark sorted out a ramp for my mower, plus guttering and a waterbutt .We are both very pleased with all aspects of the job. Mark Anna and the team couldn't have been more helpful and professional From our initial enquiry in August ..and Marks site visit through to the ground works and potting shed delivery/ build on the 14th Sept Mark and Anna were always on hand to answer any query So for all the above I have no hesitation in recommending this company and my 5 stars are fully deserved.

We literally came across this excellent company by accident. Although we have expressed a half interest in garden buildings before now - KGB easily surpassed past competitor examples in quality,, design and (most importantly) service all at a very impressive price level. A Corner Summer House was requested. Anna booked a pre visit. Mark came and assessed the location, suitability and feature needs. He was honest, extremely knowledgeable and friendly with it. The base was levelled and built in preparation for TGB Sheds as promised. Perfect preparation by Mark and George. TGB arrived three weeks later promptly as booked. All assembled in record time and beautifully built. George came back to finish the base and once again to a matching high standard of work. The Corner House is actually better than expected and looks stunning. Now we are awaiting a local electrician to complete plug socket installation. A fantastic deal from a fantastic firm. We cannot fault one aspect of. Our experience. Please seek out this hidden gem because you most certainly won’t be disappointed. Thanks again KGB! Mark, Anna and George have been super in helping us choose and install our new garden buildings. We have bought a shed and a summer house which is being used as an office. Mark came to have a look at our garden and discussed our needs, Anna has been amazing at managing everyone and getting things booked in, and George has done an outstanding job insulating the building. A genuine family business with a really personal service. I cannot recommend them highly enough
