What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Friendly staff and attentive service stand out as what one customer most valued after having a cabin installed by Log Cabins Factory Direct, based on Bexhill Road in Ninfield near Bexhill-on-Sea. The business is open seven days a week, including Sunday hours from 10am to 4pm, alongside standard 9am to 5pm hours the rest of the week.
The available feedback is limited to a single brief account, which confirms satisfaction with the finished cabin and the manner in which staff dealt with the order, without going into detail on build type, materials or installation specifics. No further information on design consultations, groundworks or delivery timescales appears in the review on record. The company's opening hours, spanning every day of the week, may suit those wanting to visit or enquire outside a typical working week.
