The Service and patience shown by Ian was first class and was a major reason why we have ordered our Summer house from Malvern.
We have recently purchased a lovely new summer house from Breeze House in Leek. The customer service received from Ian was brilliant. Everything explained in detail and we were kept informed of the process. The guy's who came to put the summer house up (Dave Jones and his colleague) arrived exactly when we were told 7.30am!! and did a fantastic job. They worked so hard and left no mess. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. You will not be disappointed.
We're delighted with our Astwood summerhouse from Malvern Garden Buildings. The sales assistant, Jayne Lewis, was excellent at guiding us to just what we wanted, within our budget. It has been widely admired, a joy to sit in, and it has withstood the ferocious weather we've had this autumn. Highly recommended.
The service here is truly outstanding! Jayne was fantastic with us. We spent most of the morning hopping from one garden building to another and then finally with Jaynes help, we decided on our dream garden building. A week later I headed back to decide on colour schemes with Melanie in the fabulous design room…Melanie was very patient with me and helped to guide me on what was best. I totally recommend visiting Jayne and her team. Roll on delivery day!
Excellent, quality garden shed at a reasonable price. Delivery came as quoted and erection was very prompt. Completely weatherproof and plenty of room inside. Thanks and will deal with you again.
