It was a big decision to extend our home and therefore we did our research and met numerous builders before we chose a company to undertake our project. We went with MGS for numerous reasons, they were knowledgable, quick to come back to us when we wanted to make amendments to plans or if we had questions. Mostly they were just really easy to deal with. They offered advice on where they thought we could save money and really listened to what we wanted to achieve from the space. We were even more pleasantly surprised when the build started. The team arrived on day one and we were very impressed with the organisation, everyone knew their job and the build progressed quickly. The guys were all extremely pleasant, efficient, knowledgable and tidy. I work from home and even though we were having major building works carried out, it didn’t affect me. The build stayed within the initial timescales suggested and it ran like clock work (something you don’t expect with big building works) MGS went above and beyond, communicated well throughout and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Every little thing was considered and the finished extension is amazing. We 100% recommend them if you’re considering extending your home. They will definitely be our first call for any building that we require going forwards.

I had a garden office built to work from home earlier this year. It’s quite a small office, but I was still surprised at how quickly and efficiently it was completed. The team were brilliant. I’ve been working from it for several months and I am so happy firstly I decided to have one built, and secondly I went with Morgan Garden Studios.

We decided to have a combined office and storage building installed. We went out to tender to three bidders. Morgan studios gave us the most professional proposal, were able to offer good ideas for the project, and were also the most competitive quote that we had. When it came to the build they were excellent, we had a difficult to access site, and as it turned out difficult ground conditions to deal with. These problems were overcome with the minimum of fuss. The build quality is excellent, and we are pleased with the end result. Morgan studios have my unequivocal recommendation.

We met Amelia and John at the Usk Show and from our very first conversation they enthusiastically embraced the challenge of building an accessible studio for our daughter who is a full-time wheelchair user. Throughout the design process they listened to our wishes and brought a huge amount of expertise to the planning. Once on site we found their team polite, skilful and very accommodating of the evolving plans. Our daughter now lives much more independently in a beautiful, light home that makes the most of the setting.
