We needed a garden room to fit into the corner of our small courtyard and Ray worked with us to tailor the design perfectly to our very specific requirements, including extra large windows on either side. From our initial enquiry through to the final build, communication was great and Ray provided plenty of drawings so that we could see how different build options would work in our space. The installation itself went very smoothly and was completed in a single day. Our garden room looks fantastic and we are delighted with it. If you’re thinking about getting a garden office or studio then I highly recommend using Ray and his team.
From the initial reservation right through to installation, communication was easy, efficient, and reassuring. We received regular updates throughout the whole process, which made everything run smoothly. On the installation day, there was very little disruption, and the build was completed in just a day and a half. We ordered a custom E Snug Plus and are absolutely delighted with the result. We needed something to fit a narrow space, and the team worked with us to tailor the design perfectly to our requirements. If you're considering a garden studio or office, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The quality of their work and service has been exceptional from start to finish.
I had an excellent experience with My Garden Studio from start to finish. Ray was very helpful ahead of my order and prompt with all email correspondence. He worked with my specific restrictions and I’m very happy with the end result. He and his colleague did an excellent job erecting the pod (on a very hot day!), it looks fantastic and I’m really looking forward to using it.

Ray and his team installed my e-snug plus in March 2026. I can't thank them enough for their kindness and professionalism throughout the entire process. Ray stayed in contact since I first enquired in December. He has been clear and helpful in every communication, of which there were plenty. The installation was fast and appeared to go very smoothly. Ray showed me how to use all the tech before he left and said they'd maintain support ongoing should there be any issues in the future. I highly recommend My Garden Studio.

I cannot recommend this company enough! I needed a garden office as I mainly work from home. Ray was easy to communicate with throughout the process, sent lots of updates and was honest and transparent. The installation of the office was completed within two days and with minimum disruption. I've enjoyed my new office immensely. I went for the Snug Plus version and it's more spacious than I thought. It's ready to use as soon as it's been installed but there's also plenty of room to paint and decorate as you want. Ray also took extra care to explain maintenance and how to use the various features. Honestly, I wish I could give 6 stars ☺️
