North Street Sheds & Fencing

Firstly we visited a friend who recently used “North Street Sheds & Fencing”. We saw the quality of their work & our friend couldn’t recommend them highly enough. From the first contact we had with John to the completed finish today, he was honest, helpful, professional & extremely knowledgeable in helping us design a super bespoke garden building. His team of 3 lads (Mark, Brandon & Tom) arrived on day one, they were brilliant throughout, nothing was an issue & I can’t thank them enough for there attention to detail & skilled workmanship. Day two, they continued with a professional attitude & completed the building to perfection as requested. Then the electrician (Toby) arrived & went to work, finishing off with the lighting, sockets & connection to the main building, keeping in contact with me to ensure I was happy with his progress throughout. They all left our garden clean & tidy with a completed building just what we wanted. If you’re looking for a company that cares for their customers needs & of course their brilliant reputation, look no further. Highly recommended.

I spent time researching suppliers throughout the Midlands and visited many over the course of 3 months. Most churned out set designs and were reluctant to offer a bespoke design. I had my ideas of wanting a latch opening bar and split summerhouse/shed. Speaking with John was a breath of fresh air. His ideas and will to ‘make it happen’ oozed enthusiasm and instilled confidence. My dream became reality 6 weeks from point of order. This was back during the covid pandemic in early 2022. The installation crew were methodical and professional from the moment they arrived till their departure. Apart from my new pride and joy, there was no evidence of them being on the premises. All rubbish, offcuts and left over fixings removed and sweepings taken away. 2 years on, I messaged the owner (John) to ask if I could have a couple of log roll offcuts to cap the underside of the rear hang-over of the roof: just so as it was matching timber. Despite holidaying abroad, John’s response was almost immediate and exceptionally accommodating. Despite expecting to pay, John told me to drop by the factory and collect them free of charge! It’s easy to judge a business by their supply, but proof is in the pudding in delivery of after-sales and care. I cannot speak highly enough of North Street Sheds, for their delivery, service, goods and aftercare. Huge thanks to John and his team!

Over the moon 🌙 with my new shed, guys came and assembled it today 11/03/2024 three weeks from quote, amazing value for money and I would highly recommend this company 5 star all around, thank you John another happy customer 😀

Had a Summerhouse off these guys, I have to say, it was a professional experience from the very start when John came to us to Quote. Kept informed all the way through, the lads are an amazing bunch! They didn't stop until everything was completed to the highest standard! This has been a dream of ours for a long time, and I have to say, it looks a dream! It's absolutely stunning, and the Pvc windows are better than I have in my house! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone! Thanks so much!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Poor quality and non existing customer care. Doors and windows don’t close/open properly. Had to get them to return on many occasions to rectify faults. Guttering had to be re-fitted. White mastic used to stop ingress of water. One door is still catching on the floor. One window still won’t close. The electrician they used was completely incompetent. We had to employ another contractor to rectify the faults - thankfully this cost was reimbursed. They are now ignoring my messages. It looks like I’ll have to pay for a reputable company to correct their faults. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The customer service need to improve. Not enough manpower to take of visitors. It will deter the customer to confirm orders. However, the site includes large variety of shed models for better presentation to customers. The price is not very competitive.
