Top work by Kevin and the team From the initial consultation to completion, Kevin answered any questions we had and was always willing to consider any changes and did not shy away from sorting out any minor snagging which is naturally inevitable when doing something of this scale. (the snagging was list virtually nil). The quality of work and finishing was top notch and would highly recommend anyone looking to get a garden room.

I couldn’t be happier with the garden office Kevin’s company built for me. From the very first conversation, Kevin listened carefully to what I wanted: a high-quality, multi-purpose space that could function as a home office, a proper gym, and a golf simulator room — all without compromising on style or practicality. The finished building is outstanding. It looks fantastic in the garden — modern, well-proportioned, and beautifully finished with excellent materials. The insulation and climate control are top-notch; it stays warm in winter and cool in summer, which is essential for year-round use. What really impressed me is how well they integrated the different functions: The office area is spacious, and professional. The gym zone has great natural light and plenty of room for our equipment. Our whole family use it and its so nice to have in the garden rather than trailing to a gym 20 mins drive away. The golf simulator setup is a game-changer — they perfectly positioned the screen, projector, and hitting area so it feels like a proper indoor range. Kevin’s team was friendly and professional from start to finish. They kept the site tidy, communicated clearly throughout the project, and delivered on time. Any small questions I had were sorted immediately. The attention to detail — from the electrical setup, lighting landscaping and to the outdoor kitchen — shows they really care about doing things properly. If you’re thinking about a garden room, home office, or multi-purpose outdoor building, I can’t recommend Kevin and his company highly enough. They delivered exactly what I wanted and then some. Kevin and his team did an outstanding job of building my Garden office and shed. His 8 to 12 man work crew appeared at 8am every morning got strait into the job. At 4pm stoped working, spent the next half an hour clearing up the site leaving everything clean and organised leaving at 4:30pm. They were happy to engage in conversation but were just as happy to be left to get on with the job. The speed of the work was also phenomenal! Supper professional quality work from the landscapers, joiners, electrician and painter. The hole team were very impressive and quality men that took pride in their work. Kevin went through the hole experience at the first meeting explaining options of room size, cladding, lighting, floorings, painting, etc and delivered on everything. We have been living with our Garden Office now for over 3 months and absolutely love it. We have had no issues at all however I feel 100% confident that if an issue arose Kevin and his team would be out to fix it directly. I deal with a lot of workmen in my profession and more often than not it can turn into a large headache! Oakspan Garden Rooms were a dream to work with. I also got several quotes from all the companies in the Glasgow area and found Kevins to be fair and very competitive. I wish him and his team the very best and would be happy to recommend my experience with this company.

I’m extremely impressed and happy with the work from Kevin and his team. From the initial discussions, through the design and quotation, and then the build they’ve been first class. They worked quickly and stuck to the agreed schedule, did a high quality job beyond my expectations, including the decking integrating to my existing garden. The room they’ve built is to a high standard of finish and quality, which I plan to use for a home office and gym and will be ideal. I’d definitely recommend Oakspan for anyone looking for a high quality garden room.

Kevin and his team have been great throughout , right from outset planning with Kevin and construction with him and his team . Everything was done efficiently and communication great throughout . Also happy to help with my fittings and adding a small bar area . Every tradesman who played their part were excellent and part of a great working team . Had a garden room constructed by Kevin and team which took around 3 weeks. From the initial visit to go over options available to completion was extremely efficient . Site husbandry was always considered after each shift and no mess left . Kevin also uses a team of contractors for Plumbing / Electrics/Painting and they were all of a high standard to complete the package . Overall what I thought was going to be a disruptive period wasn't actually that bad and now have a new space that my family and friends can enjoy into the future . Would recommend 100% to family and friends .
