My shed has been built for over a year now and can report that it's been faultless in that time. Did a lot of research on shed suppliers before going with powersheds and based my purchase on the feedback observed from aftersales. Lot of suppliers out there just act as a 3rd party to mass produced products. 1 of the panels had minor damage on taking delivery which was resolved very quickly at no additional cost to myself. Construction took about a day and was simple with 2 people. Always going to be a bit of fettling with timber panels due to expansion etc but as long as you start with a flat base you can't go wrong with some quick clamps and the odd packer to get everything to screw up square. Bought an EPDM sheet to do the roof for a bit more longevity as its fit and forget and think its worth the extra money (Finish looks better as well in my opinion). Would also say its worth paying extra for the premium shed as I think this is one of things that seperates this product from others on the market. Wouldn't hesitate recommending this company to anyone.

The quality of the shed (an 8x6 Pent) surpassed my expectations - especially given the competitive price. Great communications and outstanding customer service. Have had various sheds in my time - this one is by far the best. Highly recommended.

UPDATE (July 2026): The Facts vs. Powersheds' Public Response The Bottom Line: Powersheds botched a delivery on a premium £7,000 log cabin, failed twice to legally censor my feedback via Trustpilot's compliance team, and then tried to buy my silence for £300 under a strict non-disclosure agreement. When I refused to let them buy my silence, the CEO updated his public response to blame the customer. This review is fully verified, legally compliant, and will remain online permanently to ensure future buyers know exactly what to expect. The Private £300 Offer & Deletion Demand: After failing to have Trustpilot remove my feedback, the CEO contacted me privately. He offered a payment of £300, but made it strictly conditional on me completely deleting all negative reviews across the internet and signing a formal confidentiality agreement. I rejected this offer. My consumer honesty is not for sale, and £300 does not cover the £1,300 in actual, out-of-pocket trade costs and corrective materials incurred to fix the issues caused by their delivery failure. The Censorship Attempts on Trustpilot: Following my initial review, Powersheds submitted consecutive formal complaints to Trustpilot—first alleging "advertising violations" and subsequently escalating to a claim of "defamation"—in an attempt to have this review permanently removed. Trustpilot’s independent compliance team thoroughly investigated both allegations, rejected Powersheds' claims, and fully reinstated this review as a compliant, factual consumer account. Correction on the Assembly Timeline: The CEO claims the assembly took four days because of time spent cleaning the logs. This is factually incorrect and misrepresents our correspondence. As detailed in my emails, the total project labor spanned 6 days. It took a multi-man team two full days of intensive chemical remediation and sanding just to salvage the timber from the moisture issues caused by Powersheds' delivery failure. The standard assembly of the cabin took a further four days after that cleaning process was completed. The Technical Support & Material Confusions: The CEO notes that adhesive was mistakenly applied to the logs during the build. What he omits is the direct cause of this: because Powersheds failed to deliver the essential wood preserver, the timber was left exposed, and my build team was left trying to navigate conflicting technical guidance from Powersheds support, who provided a generic Google search link instead of professional guidance. The Website Review Moderation: The CEO claims they do not moderate reviews on their own website because they use a third-party platform. However, brands set their own filters and approval parameters on these platforms. My negative review was never published on their site, which speaks directly to how they curate their public image. Original Review (with 20/06 Update): My log cabin was over £6,500 and I was treated very poorly. I suggest spending your hard-earned money elsewhere. Powersheds failed to notify me that an item was missing in the initial delivery, answering that "it didn't fit on the lorry." This omission caused logistical chaos on day one of the build. For custom builds, they only supply 2 pages of drawings alongside a generic booklet. Luckily I had a multi-man team of professional tradespeople to help with the build. While the cabin materials are decent, the customer support has consistently relied on deflecting blame, offering exactly £0.00 in assistance (prior to the conditional £300 offer to delete my reviews), and employing intimidation tactics with references to "legal advisers." I hugely regret my experience with Powersheds. Buyer beware.

I cannot express how impressed I am with this company. I placed an order for a shed after researching many companies and was slightly nervous if they would be as good as their reviews. I needn't have worried as they were even better. I had an email just after placing my order to explain exactly what would happen on the day of delivery and with notes about access etc.I replied saying our access was narrow so they arranged a smaller delivery truck. I was then contacted by phone by a delivery driver who went through the size and weight of panels and to agree where he would leave them. On the day of delivery, I had a tracker sent by email and text and then the driver also called me when he was 10 minutes away. He arrived bang on time and was super helpful and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and they will be my first choice for any future purchases.

Log cabin 18ft x 8ft.From start to finish the service and support from Powersheds was exceptional. Delivery of our Log cabin was made within 2 weeks of ordering (10 weeks early). The pack looks quite daunting when it arrives but the detailed instructions helped me get started quickly and the cabin was built in a few days bearing in mind I did most of it on my own. Powersheds were available for support when I needed it and resolved an issue for me quickly. We are so pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend this company. 5 🌟. Many thanks

I couldn't be happier with my new PowerShed. The quality of the timber and overall construction exceeded my expectations, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Once assembled, the shed feels incredibly solid and well-built. The design is excellent, with plenty of natural light from the windows and a spacious interior that's perfect for storage. Everything fitted together accurately, and the finished shed looks fantastic in the garden. Delivery was on time, and the whole experience from ordering to installation was smooth. This was my first time building a shed and I have to say the guys at POWER made it a great experience. The quality of the shed its self is fantastic, it came securely packed and was easy to put together. The instructions are great and there YouTube videos made it really simple for me. I am so impressed I’ve ordered some additions for the shed and the customer service has been a real pleasure. No complaints at all and fully recommend this company!
