2 years ago I ordered 2 cabins. The first one had 10 pieces of wood which had not been cut correctly at one end. After talking to QG, the matter was resolved. Rather than me waiting several weeks for the wood to be cut and shipped, I carefully cut the 10 pieces myself using a saw and router. I was given a fair cash payment for doing this, which made things much easier. Two years later, I broke one of the window quadrant panels. When I contacted them, they arranged to send me a replacement free of charge. I would gladly recommend QG for their cabin quality, competitive prices, and excellent customer service both during and after the build. – G. Pateman
I bought a Premium 5m x 3m contemporary garden cabin from Quick Garden and while it has been a challenge installing the cabin for an occasional DIY'er like myself, the customer service I have received from the company has been absolutely first class. The two guys I have been speaking to have been only too happy to help with any questions I may have, and are ready to talk on the phone or converse via email in order to solve the problem at hand. You can feel confident that if you have any issues with a self build, Quick Garden will be there to support you all the way.
So I have mixed reviews on this company: The sales team were great, and so was the delivery however that’s where the positive ends…. We were missing screws and certain parts, they asked for proof! How can you prove this…… we have a door that has cracked, but they have now said it’s within tolerances, which it definitely isn’t, I’m having to pay someone to come and repair this. Parts turned up once the build was completed and we sourced our own screws and missing parts.

Quick Garden were easy to do business with. They kept us informed of the status of the order and delivery and construction of our cabin went smoothly. We needed to have a non-standard size for our space in the garden and the Quick Garden team were very good at helping us design the optimum size. The special size meant that the order took slightly longer than normal, but that is to be expected. I am happy to recommend Quick Garden and would purchase from them again.
