Exceptional Quality and Service: Highly Recommended I recently had a Contemporary Overhang garden office (4.2m x 3m) installed by Sanctum Garden Studios and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. After conducting extensive research comparing multiple garden office companies, (some well known but expensive and some smaller but dubious looking!) I chose Sanctum based on their excellent reputation, proximity to my location in Rossendale, and competitive pricing (including a few Winter free upgrades). That decision has been completely vindicated. The installation team led by Jack were outstanding - true craftsmen who took genuine pride in their work. They were friendly, professional, and completed the entire installation in just 1.5 days, which was remarkable given the quality of the finish. The Western Red Cedar cladding looks absolutely fantastic, and the internal fit and finish is exemplary throughout. As a Chartered Civil Engineer, I have high standards for construction quality and attention to detail. Sanctum exceeded my expectations on every level. The building is beautifully constructed, thermally efficient, and built to last. I was under time pressure due to family circumstances, and Sanctum accommodated my tight schedule without compromising on quality. From initial consultation with Sam and Pippa through to completion, their communication and customer service was first-class. Do your research people, these buildings are sizable investments which if you get right should add straight on to your property value! The very positive reviews I read about Sanctum before ordering were definitely not wrong - if anything, they undersell how good this company actually is. Whether you need a home office, studio, or garden room, I would recommend Sanctum Garden Studios without hesitation and would buy again if I moved house. A special thank you to the installation team - the bacon and sausage sandwiches were the least I could do for such excellent work! Keep these guys supplied with coffee and snacks and they work even more diligently!

Our studio was installed last year and has been such a useful space. Everything was super easy. The friendly team came and installed it within a couple of hours. All we needed to do was clear a flat area at the bottom of the garden. Communication was very good from the start, during and after installation.

This is our second Sanctum Studio. It is a great product which has been robust and pleasant to use as either an art studio or workshop. The team was responsive and helpful right from initial enquiry, and was installed quickly. The build team were polite and careful, working through some quite cold and wet conditions. Thank you. Just had a Hampton Studio installed by Sanctum and I couldn't be more pleased. The studio looks brilliant and seems to have been manufactured and installed to a very high standard. I've bought several garden offices in the past, having moved home, and I have to say that this one is by far the best value for money. Two really friendly chaps installed the office in just a few hours with absolutely no fuss. All in all, a great experience.

With a small garden, we decided on a 'micro '. Before you read the rest of this review, if you know you want a garden office & you're searching for the right combination of product, stop searching; you found what you need. With a small garden, we worried an office might dominate; nope. This stylish little Scandinavian feeling beauty just melts into the space, looks really natural and modern and worked perfectly with the footprint we had available. With a small garden, we worried we'd end up with a claustrophobic space. Again, nope. Five people have been in the office in the week it's been put in and every one has said the same first line: "Oh... It's bigger than I thought it would be". I'm 5"10" and can stretch both arms wide on the width of the office. Paint it bright to make it feel even bigger; you probably slept in smaller rooms as a kid. Service, amazing. All questions answered, always happy to help - and the team that put it up were just masters of their craft; in and done in a single day, bright and early. The same craftsmen build the unit in the workshop and then go out and fit it, so you know there's no nasty surprises. Make them a cuppa when they get there. Quality is spot on - how is this so good for the price? The door & window are great quality & solid, the flooring is serviceable, the electricals better than you'd get in most flats, the high roof really adds to the sense of space, it's warm (but not too warm) even in an evening and living right next to a major connecting road, it's at least as soundproof as the rest of the house. It's also pretty secure and fitting alarm sensors & cctv is a doddle for that extra peace of mind. I have no doubt that the larger options will exceed your expectations in the same way. We're delighted - and it's a sound investment too.
