We recently had a garden office built by Suffolk Crafted and couldn’t be happier with the result. From our very first enquiry, Chris was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer our questions and guide us through the options available. His expertise was clear from the outset and really helped us feel confident in our decision. When work began, the team set up independently and kept all the work and any mess outside, so there was minimal disruption to our home. Throughout the project, everyone was friendly, respectful and approachable. They were always happy to answer questions and encouraged our input at each stage, especially when it came to fixtures and final finishes. Being able to see the space before making those decisions made a real difference. The quality of the finished office is outstanding. Every detail, from the glazing to the heating system, has been carefully considered and expertly installed. It’s clear that Suffolk Crafted are true experts in their field. We are so delighted with the work Chris and his team have completed for us. Chris dealt with all our enquiries promptly and with kindness. He went the extra mile, organising a visit to one of his previously built rooms and the timescale was spot on. We gained other quotes from other companies but no one offered the full package that Suffolk Crafted do and the workmanship of his team, as well as those contracted in, were excellent; attentive and thoughtful in their work, delivering excellent results and considerate towards our home all at the same time. We are absolutely delighted with our beautiful new garden room. The finished room and deck looks even better than we'd imagined. Chris was easy to work with at every stage of the process, from initial designs through to submitting extra information to get planning approval, liaising with plumbers and electricians and completing the project on time. He was willing to accommodate amendments and patient with our many revisions as we worked out exactly what we wanted. Chris and his team were always professional and respectful of our home while they worked. They were careful to leave a minimal impact on the rest of the garden and cleaned up the site beautifully when they finished. We could not have been more pleased to have chosen Suffolk Crafted.
From start to finish Chris has been faultless. I've been in construction myself for over 40 years and I've never seen such a slick operation from start to finish. Each trades person was friendly and professional and the quality of workmanship excellent. I looked and lots of options form my studio before choosing Suffolk Crafted and I'm pleased I found a real winner. I have no problems recommending Suffolk Crafted.
Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Chris took time and great care to find out our requirements and designed a garden studio which is just perfect. Rob and Zeb are master craftsmen and the quality of the build and finish is just beautiful. Matt who did the lighting was also brilliant and is now helping up with other electrical work. Could not be happier and I would 100% recommend Suffolk Crafted to anyone considering a garden room.

Our garden hideaway looks even better now, with plants all around and without the winter mud! Chris, Zeb and Rob did an excellent job, working in the most adverse conditions. Their quality of work was excellent throughout and they are all just so nice! We couldn’t be happier with the end result & it’s been much admired by everyone.
