Our room was 8m x 5.5m with a 4.5m double pitched roof to house a full size snooker table. From day 1 to completion the communication was excellent. Sutton Garden Rooms provided the plans and drawings for our planning application which was granted first time. We are in a conservation area within a Grade II listed building an the finished product is in keeping with the surroundings. The build quality is excellent and the consideration of minimising disruption during construction was welcomed. The features including external lighting, App-controlled heating and air conditional, plus built-in bluetooth speakers were all welcome additions. I would happily recommend Sutton Garden Rooms.

We needed a high specification luxury gym as a garden room and just before Christmas Varis and his team completed our project. We are delighted with the outcome. We did considerable research before selecting Sutton Garden rooms. There is quite simply no other company that offers the level of expertise and skill. Looking at the website we thought we may have stumbled onto exactly what we were looking for. We needed the full works in terms of electronics - high spec lighting, indoor and out door lighting, speakers, alarm system all fully automated and integrated with our control4 system. Following considerable research I opted for a garden office building to be erected and supplied by Sutton Garden Rooms. During the planning phase all aspects of the design and construction were explained and my comments taken on board. The construction phase was amazing with the craftsman used by the company being superb. There was strong attention to detail and a perfect finish was achieved. I have already been using the office in the midst of a very cold spell with only minimal heating required due to the excellent insulation provided as part of the build. I thoroughly recommend this company.

We recently commissioned Varis and his team at Sutton Garden Rooms to construct a home office in our garden.
