4.3 / 5 · 11 totalwanted to love my new bike shed installed earlier this year but… the hooks it came with are incredibly annoying and are literally bent after a few attempts to hang a bike on them. tried to order upgraded hooks (for £800) and was unfortunately out for 30 minutes when they tried to install them after a 6 week wait, and then were unable to commit to a rescheduled delivery date. the paint is starting to peel off, the doors are increasingly hard to open. just, annoying or what is supposedly a premium product. i would look elsewhere.
The first delivery - the sheds were the wrong colour. Second delivery there were items missing form the installation. Then the installation was mis-measured and installed in the wrong place. To correct this problem they wanted to charge more money. Considering the high cost of this i would expect better service
THE WORD 'SHED' DOES NOT DO THE JUSTICE My wife and I are delighted with our sheds! They look so wonderful I think I could happily spend the whole day gazing at them from my bedroom window! The guys who fitted them, were a pleasure to have around and have completed the job with care and attention to detail, we could not be happier! Please pass on our thanks and gratitude! Quality, well built product. The service throughout the design and order is top rate. Nothing is too difficult. Every angle of your bike shed is covered. The shed is built to last and to withstand attack. All the products used are top grade. Customer care is excellent. My bikes will be cherished in this shed. It may appear pricey but I can assure you with the price of wood and quality of product it is worth it. None of these plastic monstrosities please. The staff are superb and listen. A great British local firm.
Love our new bike shed! Premium quality build and materials, excellent after sales care from the team making sure we're happy with everything. Neighbours have commented they wished they'd spent the extra and not got the rusting metal box they ended up with. The cleverly designed hydraulically assisted roof makes it both easier and more secure than standard wooden bike sheds. Additional security features offered, which we didn't go for as the standard felt pretty bomb proof and only runabout bikes kept in it. Three adult bikes fit neatly in, reducing the standard wrestling match. Bespoke design is sympathetic with the bay window and works with the adjacent wood store.
