Ordered a shed through The Shed Shop. Everything was made easy by Graham. He is transparent about stock and pricing (including removal of old shed) and communicated clearly throughout. The team that came out to complete the old shed removal and new shed erection were great. They were friendly, completed the tasks quickly and left everywhere clean and tidy once they were done. The shed is just what I needed. Fully recommend.
Brought a year ago, agreed a price paid deposit and then the man rang back said I needed to pay more to get that shed , then he said actually the windows don’t open, he sent a drawing that was nothing we agreed. I couldn’t have been an easier customer I went in pointed at one and said il have exactly that - He was so rude despite him happily taking my deposit then telling me I couldn’t have what we agreed. I ended up paying more and had to let go of the original thing we agreed. Rude man. Kept tutting down phone signing , Paid over 3k and the shed leaked through windows . He came out to re seal it but used bathroom silicone which looked back and did nothing for the leaks. I paid and got it done by someone else properly (although brand new shed ) . I’m looking for another shed now and the service I’ve had through my new provider and value is much kinder and better than here.

Recently had a shed put up by the shed shop in Whittlesey, a few days later I had a small problem with the door but they came out very quickly to fix this with no extra charge, the man I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and polite, will definitely return to this company

Graham has been very helpful. When there are price increases due to the pandemic he has explained, and allowed us to cancel or continue at the new cost.
