A caller who rang to arrange a visit found the person answering the phone polite, but no member of staff was free at the time to walk them round the display garden rooms. Frustratingly Unavailable Staff I called Vivid Showrooms to arrange a visit and, while the person on the phone was polite, they couldn’t get anyone available to actually show me around. It’s frustrating that a showroom can’t provide staff for a basic tour. Very disappointing experience !
