Cambridge Garden Office

After discussions with several garden room building specialists for our garden room/den, we chose to work with Cameron and his team at Cambridge Garden Office. We really liked the fact that the whole build would be bespoke to us, it was clear that Cameron, and all of his team, are passionate about quality workmanship and using methods and materials that have the environment in mind. Cameron is very approachable, friendly and honest, we knew from the outset that we would enjoy working with him. For our build we wanted a contemporary style which Cameron was happy to work with us to achieve. We made a couple of tweaks along the way, including adding a waterless toilet, which the team happily accommodated and Cameron was always suggesting small improvements that we could make to enhance our new space. The project was completed early 2026, the team worked throughout an extremely wet winter and coped brilliantly with the issues this threw up, problem solving along the way. We have had a couple of minor snags since completion which were resolved quickly and more importantly with a smile. We are very happy with our new space as are our teenage children and their friends. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Cameron and his team!

Cameron and the team at Cambridge Garden Office did a sterling job in repairing my garden studio and replacing the door of an outside toilet. Various bespoke repairs were required, from replacing decayed cladding on one side to adding trims and locks, as well as repainting. My enquiry was picked up swiftly, and I was offered a number of options for the repair. Cameron, Bjorn and Taylor were very friendly and completed the repairs in just a few days including some extra details. The cost was very good value, and the work was carried out to a high standard - highly recommended.

Cameron designed and built a bike shed for us. Beautiful delivery! Really happy with his wood work and green roof. It looks great, yet is very functional for our busy family.

Cameron and his team converted our wooden shed into a garden office, complete with double doors, insulation, interior and exterior painting, new cladding, lighting and wiring. The conversion took 3-4 weeks. Cameron & team were a real breath of fresh air for us, honest and straightforward throughout, knowledgeable and attentive to details, and always open to queries and ideas. They were tidy, punctual and we appreciated their eco-friendly approach. Most of all the quality of the work was excellent. We would use them again in future and happily recommend them to others.

Cameron at Cambridge Garden Offices is officially a legend amongst builders. From commissioning to completion less than 3 months. He and his co-workers were efficient and courteous. We live in a narrow street of terraced houses where residents are continuously having building work done, and neighbours all too often inconvenienced by multiple vans continually parked in residents' parking bays. Wherever possible Cameron removed his van during the build so as not to inconvenience anyone. The build seemed effortless, was minimally disruptive, and the result superb. We are beyond pleased with our garden studio, and it has quickly become our favourite place to be on our property.

This is the second time Cameron has done some work for us. Cameron and the team worked relentlessly to complete a project to a short timescale - thank you. The team were all really polite. Cameron is detail orientated and trustworthy.

We had our garden cabin built by the Cambridge Garden Office. The work was done efficiently and with great care. We were able to work together over the plans. We chose to use a Passivhaus membrane, underfloor heating, and an eco choice for insulation. The decisions were supported very thoughtfully, with their own connections to draw upon. I heartily recommend these guys. The cabin is warm, (even sleeping there at sub zero temps), dry (good ventilation) and an excellent well needed extra space for our family.
