Coastal Garden Buildings

We popped into Coastal Garden Buildings while on holiday after looking at garden buildings locally and couldn't find what we were looking for. We were spoilt for choice and the staff were happy to help with our questions. We explained we were not local to the area and were told that wasn't a problem they could arrange delivery to our home. We're really happy with the service and communication with Allie has been great. Looking forward to our New Garden Building when it arrives.

Great so far, from initial ideas, planning and adapting options to thorough previews. Costs and timescales very clear, and regular updates. So far so good 👍🏼

I have been looking around for a cabin to run my beauty business from.I found Coastal buildings and there was so much choice. Allie was my point of contact and bless her, she answered all my questions and was very accommodating. I had the groundwork completed by Coastal buildings. I was given an estimated delivery date of the building and sure enough I received an email 1 week prior to advise me of the delivery. I had the team from Coastal buildings put up my cabin. They arrived on time and worked non stop. They were respectful of the garden / property and worked tidily. I am so impressed with this company. Nothing was too much hassle. Everyone I spoke to or came in to contact with, were super helpful. Even after the build I contacted Allie and she has put me in contact with a decorator they use Highly recommended.

Great service so far. Respond quickly and accurately. We are just at the start of the process for a log cabin and garden storage but so far so excellent. Allie has been our main point of contact throughout.....

Friendly service, really helpfull.installed the base and erected our combi greenhouse shed quickly, great workmanship. Strongly recommend. It's just what we needed. Love it.

We’ve recently had an office installed in our garden. The installation team are fantastic. So passionate about their work, polite and do a fantastic job. There are a few loose ends, but I have to be honest in that we feel marooned by the lack of care and attention which has been received since completion. Not necessarily that we feel it warrants an apology, but the tone has not sat well. We’re in a service based industry too and continue look after our clients with the same respect after point of sale. Which is why it’s a shame to not give the 5 the work deserves. *Edit - Response* Rachel, as said before the office is lovely and it’s very normal for there to be a few tweaks here and there (not just groundwork’s) My reduction in review is not based on the work, we’d honestly let the team build our home. They’re great. However, it’s based on the back office responses we’ve received. I’m sorry to say they’ve not been to a level in which we treat our own clients and they don’t meet the level the installation team give. I’ve overheard the tone a few times, as well as when we popped in. Managing expectations is important and generally being considerate of your customers concerns. We do within our industry. Even your response says you don’t see it as urgent, which is fine, but it’s coming across that way in the way we’ve been spoken to. If you bought a smart TV for £30k and noticed a scratch, you’d be perfectly in your rights to have one in perfect condition.

Excellent, efficient service. Finished garden study is of extremely good quality, very warm and cosy to work in despite freezing weather outside. I can thoroughly recommend Coastal Garden Buildings.
