I could not be more impressed by the product and service delivered by this niche independent company. The room represents a fabulous focal point to our garden and the project management, installation, communication and aftercare were all excellent. Ellis and Fred were a joy to have around, delivering high-quality workmanship and providing daily progress updates, and Trevor was quick to respond to any queries I had during the course of the project and was quick to come out personally to deal with a minor issue that arose post-completion. There is a real sense of the personal touch with this operation. We are delighted with our new building and have no hesitation in recommending Crusoe Garden Rooms to prospective purchasers.

Trev, Emma, Fred, and Ellis were an absolute dream to collaborate and work with. They helped us shape an idea which we had into something practical, useful in the space, and superbly built. The level of care and consideration all the way along was great and nothing was too much of an ask for them. We are very happy with the build, in terms of the materials and the finishing, both for the garden room itself and the decking. It's made an outdoor office a very real reality for us. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love our new sanctuary garden room. The workmanship was spot on, thanks the Trevor, Freddie and Ellis. Communication was great and was completed in two weeks. We have yet to furnish it, but can't wait to properly use it for dining and relaxation. We highly recommend Crusoe.

I could not be happier with my garden room/music studio which has been carefully designed and thought out by Trevor to provide necessary insulation for my grand piano. The detail is fabulous and the team with Fred and Joe were highly professional, considerate, trustworthy and reassuring. It was completed so quickly and to such a high level. We love our new garden room, it is exactly the space we first envisioned, a well built cedar clad room which looks fantastic in the garden! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Crusoe garden rooms as from my initial contact I was met with a reasuring knowledge from Trevor and Emma who made the decision to go ahead with the build very easy. Thanks to Paul and Fred for their hard work building the room, it was great to see every stage as it went up from the initial base frame right the way through to the finishing touches.
