Called in today check availability of a new garden shed. Staff very helpful and answered all my questions.

Popped in for some advice about rotting wood issues on our ten year old summerhouse due to soil intrusion and the advice we were given was excellent. No agenda to persuade us that we needed a load of expensive work done, no suggestions that we would be better off buying a new one, just clear, honest and very helpful advice with some options if we wanted them. At some stage in the next few years we may very well decide to buy a new summerhouse, and we have no doubt we will be buying from here again as our current summerhouse has been fabulous and was a reasonable price at the time and the team who constructed it were superb. Great product, great price, great installation and ten years later great advice. That sort of service gains our loyalty as customers. Thanks

Excellent customer service and product. We ordered a large cabin for my mother to use for storage for her things in preparation for moving in with us. Unfortunately the delivery was delayed by two weeks which massively messed up our move schedule and meant we were left with the prospect of building the cabin at the same time as moving Mum in. Matt and his team stepped up and ensured we got the cabin built quickly and efficiently taking a lot of the stress away. The cabin itself is superb...well built, high quality and stylish. Off the back of this experience we now plan to purchase another cabin for ourselves. We would highly recommend the Fencing Centre, their staff and products. Thank you!

These guys are fantastic! I bought a summer house from them in 2017 which they put up and recently I had a problem with one of the doors which wouldn’t open properly or close! I emailed the aftercare centre and they sorted it out the next day - how’s that for Customer Service! Brilliant especially these days - nobody seems to want to help do they? Bought a very large Heavy Duty shed 15 years ago, a bike shed and tool shed a few years later. With regular painting every 3-4 years they have lasted well. Some sections finally started to rot and needed replacing this year - mostly the bearers underneath, and adjoining sections of floor. 15 years later they still use the same supplier and could order replacement sections of the same timber for repairs. It's allowed us to renovate rather than buy new sheds - great for both environmental impact and cost. Ed couldn't have been more helpful* when I walked in with random sections of wood and said 'can you get me some of this', and the prices were fair, especially as it arrived pre-treated and cut to exact lengths. The one change I would make if ordering again would be to have them installed on recycled plastic planks as bearers, to extend the life of the shed even further (which is what we've done while renovating). Hopefully they will now last another 10 years of so, but I will certainly be back in the future when they finally need replacing. (*note: despite it being the 2020s, not all places are helpful to a 5ft woman asking DIYer questions. It was nice not to be ignored or patronised!).
