Garden Rooms Direct

Garden Rooms Direct Ltd has been creating outdoor spaces since 2006. The company designs and delivers bespoke garden rooms for homes throughout England, Scotland, and Wales. All operations are managed from 5,000 sq ft offices, workshops, and showrooms in Ripon, North Yorkshire. It has built garden rooms across Great Britain, from Cornwall to the Scottish Highlands. A clear, fixed price is offered for each new room, and installation teams typically complete the build within a week.

Two indoor showrooms feature 12 fully furnished garden buildings. Its soundproof garden music studios have been installed for leading DJ, recording artists and bands around the UK. Garden annexes are constructed to building regulations for accommodation. Main services include designing and building bespoke garden rooms, offices, pods, annexes, lodges, sheds, saunas, soundproof music rooms, and composite decking.

A garden room commissioned from this Ripon-based supplier arrived, according to the customer's account, in a form that departed from what had originally been agreed, with the materials used differing from specification and no drainage fitted despite this being covered during the consultation.

Damp reportedly found its way in through several parts of the structure whenever weather turned wet, leaving the build unfinished and the problems unaddressed. The customer said written concerns were raised but that trust in a satisfactory resolution was lost. The business operates weekdays from nine until five, with Saturdays and Sundays closed, from its Unit B premises in Ripon.
