I stopped here because another business I was looking for is situated in the exact same location on google maps, looking just to clarify its location. Nobody in reception, just an open ladies handbag and a few personal items of value. So I walked around to where I could hear some people talking inside the workshop, popped my head in and politely said ‘hello, sorry to disturb you…’ before I could finish the sentence I was interrupted and told in a very abrupt manner, that I needed to get out of there because I wasn’t allowed and that the lady might be able to help me once I’m out of there! Scowling at me. I also was not even in the workshop. A gentleman then came out and offered to assist but unfortunately didn’t know the location I was looking for. He was polite and respectful, just as I was. Absolutely flabbergasted by the woman’s response. Imagine if I was a customer looking to spend money with this company….. Disgusting attitude on display from her. Maybe it was just a Monday thing, but I suspect not. If I ever wanted or needed to drop over a grand on some wood, this is the last company on earth I would consider. Guys in the workshop and the craftsmanship is top notch as far as I can see, work needed elsewhere.

Avoid Gower Sheds. We agreed to buy 2 dog kennels and a shed for £1,300. When they turned up to deliver, they wanted £1,600 and wouldn’t unload the van unless we paid the £1,600. With the delivery already here and with the weather being so warm we needed the kennels for the dogs for shelter. We then realised that we have given them £1,600 for just the 2 dog kennels and no shed that again was originally discussed when ordering. So we’ve paid £300 more than the agreed price and are still missing the shed that was part of the original deal. We called the woman she said she doesn’t have any idea of the original conversation but there was 2 different people that can tell you word for word how the conversation went. She then told us don’t worry about the shed? Going on about how she sells hundreds of them and can sell them on facebook for a grand each? Which I don’t know how that has any relevance to us as customers? We weren’t worried about the shed we wanted what we paid for for the price that was agreed with her herself. This was explained on the phone but she came to no resolution and was just rude. Absolutely no customer service skills just goes on about how many sheds she can sell and offering no resolution 😂😂 Just sharing our experience so others can make an informed decision before using Gower Sheds.

A very good product. Excellent customer service from Stephaine and the constructors.

Opening times aren't set in stone. Call to check if they are open before travelling, to avoid disappointment.

Sorry for late review We had shed base installed,then 12x8 shed installed a few weeks later, Aug/Sept 2024 Great quality and workmanship, friendly installers and Steph was always very helpful. We can highly reccomend Steph and her team. Dave and Sue
