We bought a greenhouse directly from the team here in MK. The displays are great for helping decide what to buy. I liked that the sales team left us to browse and when we were ready, they were full of knowledge and support. We have had the greenhouse several months, aftercare from the team is excellent. I visited the Milton Keynes site to view the greenhouse I’d researched online and Tony James couldn’t have been more helpful. Tony checked the product and checked availability and helped me to purchase it and arranged for installation. The customer service both face to face and by email was excellent, I couldn’t have been happier.
We went looking for a simple outbuilding, And after looking round for a bit, we were greeted by Tony James. We explained what we needed it for and described what we wanted and he identified an ideal structure for us which was far better than what we were considering from other suppliers albeit slightly more expensive, which is understandable. We should get delivery later this month, and we can't wait! Thanks.

Really pleased with the service we received. Tony James came over to us whilst we were looking at the various buildings on display then left us to look alone. Once we decided we went to speak to Tony who gave us advice and information on the log cabin we were interested in. He offered to send us a quote via email and then if we wanted to proceed we could call or pop back in to place the order. I’ve messaged a couple of times since we ordered and the replies have been prompt and helpful. Would highly recommend. Just waiting for our log cabin to arrive but so far extremely happy!
We received excellent service from Tony James (Greenhouse People) when choosing our Nordic Greenwich Pavilion garden room. Tony was extremely professional and helpful throughout the purchasing process, with no sales pressure. His product knowledge helped us select the perfect greenhouse for our garden and we appreciated his practical advice regarding care/maintenance and other information regarding the electrical package installation.
