Greenhouse People Peterborough

We purchased a one of your Simplicity Greenhouses on the 21st May 2026. Alfonso Mata assisted us this in purchase. He was very knowledgeable in the different greenhouses you have, and was able to answer any questions we had. It was a delight to go somewhere and be met by friendly and knowledgeable staff. We have now taken delivery of the greenhouse and one of your recommended people erected it for us in a day. The only problem he had was one of the panes of glass broke as he took it out, this has been quickly replaced and my husband was shown by Andy who erected it how to fit it. We cannot fault the process, Alfonso Mota's assistance and Andy who erected it for us. Great purchase and we will be recommended you to friends and family. Alfonso was nice enough but we had already decided which shed we wanted. He just took the order and the money. I was told that when it was going to be delivered I would get a call an hour before and would be able to track it online. Online said delivery between 1-3pm. Delivery was just after 11am. I got no phone call and the delivery driver didn’t have my phone number which meant I had to leave work pdq. Still, it’s here and just waiting for a man who can to put it together.

Great expert advice from their Peterborough showroom Afonso showed us the difference between the standard greenhouse to Robinsons which we brought one with the ultimate package and extra shelving also .This was to replace our old greenhouse. Delivery was on time has quote had one of their approved guys Dave to fit a new base and erect the new greenhouse cannot fault his work great all around Team.

My wife and I visited the Greenhouse People Peterborough, we viewed a very good range of greenhouses, Alfonso asked politely if we needed help, answered a few questions and then left us to look at our leisure ( a good salesman does this). After I had satisfied myself with the viewing.we went to his office where we were greeted by Alfonso in a very relaxed but businesslike manner. My wife is partially disabled and he made sure she was comfortable before asking how he could help. Alfonso is my type of salesman, at no point was he pushing for a sale , he answered every question easily and to the point. I am 77 and deaf but he was very patient and went through things with me about everything I asked. He also pointed out helpful additions I might consider, though again thoughtful, thorough but not pushy. I shook his hand and said I need to check again measurements a home. A week later we went back he remembered our names and seated us comfortably before asking how he could help. Again he answered all questions with ease and was very helpful. Alfonso then explained about delivery and if we needed installation he could help with that too. Alfonso is a superb salesman, very approachable, very friendly and knows the job inside out. If you want a greenhouse go and talk to this man for a friendly chat. I recommend the Greenhouse People at Peterborough mainly because of Alfonso. I am awaiting delivery and installation and then I will do a product review.

We went to Greenhouse people in Peterborough ( Blue diamond garden centre) To look for a new shed. What a fantastic experience we had. Very good selection to look around. We have chosen to buy the Malvern heavy duty Apex. Joe came outside and asked if we were ok. We showed Joe the one we wanted to buy. Joe was very helpful, polite no hard sell just perfect. Joe has excellent knowledge and customer service. Can't wait to get our new shed which is also being fitted. Would 100% recommend. Thank you Joe. 🙂

We recently purchased a greenhouse and the entire experience from enquiry to installation was excellent.The structure feels sturdy and well-made, and once assembled, it looks fantastic in the garden. It has already made a huge difference to our growing space. The ordering process was straightforward and customer service was helpful whenever we had questions. Delivery was smooth and everything arrived well packaged and in good condition. Assembly did take a bit of time, but the instructions were clear enough to follow, and the end result was definitely worth it. The greenhouse feels solid and secure, even in typical UK weather. Overall, we’re very happy with the purchase and would recommend this greenhouse to anyone looking to upgrade their garden!
