We are absolutely delighted with our new garden room and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. From the initial consultation with Ryan through to completion, the team was professional, reliable, and attentive to every detail. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and the finished garden room has exceeded our expectations. It has transformed our outdoor space and provides a beautiful, comfortable area that we can use all year round. Communication between Jonathan and ourselves was excellent throughout the project, with everything completed as promised. The team worked efficiently, kept the site tidy, and were always friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a garden room. Had a fantastic experience in having our home office building designed & installed by Make Room Outside Living. From the early interactions with Ryan around spec & size, to the professional approach of the onsite team, we couldn't have been looked after better. An issue with the wrong door being fitted (supplier error) was resolved without fuss. We are very happy with the build quality & the final finish of the raised decking & access from the garden. Room is in use daily & we couldn't be without it! Highly recommended.

We could only give Make Room a straight 10 out of 10. From our initial visit to installation they were superb. In the sales office Ryan and Jonathan were only ever informative, offering sound practical advice based on experience and never tried to pressure a sale. Once the design and payment were agreed the installation team arrived on time, worked hard and did a superb job. We had a great experience with Make Room Outside from start to finish. One of the things we really valued was being able to visit the showroom. Having the chance to go several times made a big difference in helping us explore the various options and finishes and feel confident in our choices. It was also a real benefit to speak with Ryan in person. He is clearly very knowledgeable, approachable and easy to deal with, which made the whole process feel straightforward and well managed. The build itself went smoothly despite some pretty terrible weather. The site was kept tidy throughout and everything stayed on schedule, which is a real credit to the team, including the electrical work and plastering. We are very happy with the finished result. Some of the extras we chose have really elevated the space, particularly the integrated blinds within the doors and the sedum roof, which is a real standout feature. The room is extremely well insulated and the panel heater is more than enough to keep it warm and comfortable even on colder days. We are already using the room every day and are really looking forward to enjoying it throughout all seasons.

I now have a lovely office/tea drinking room at the top of my garden. Utilising an otherwise wasted space. Great company to deal with. The build team didn't let the unkind weather put them off. Easy process and good after care. Highly recommend.
