The design experience was great and they designed it to create an internal sauna. Very quick build time. Their surveyor that measured the garden at the start was very knowledgeable and gave me some really good ideas. Price was fair and I'm very happy with everything.
This company jumped through hoops to get our outbuilding finished before we went on honeymoon. It took them 8 days to complete our 3m x 3m home office and they did an amazingg job! We spoke to 4 companies and decided My Outhouse offered the best offices for the best price.
We were very impressed with how my outhouse have a training facility in Borehamwood. We watched their staff constructing rooms in person and the quality was far beyond everyone else we spoke to. The garden room they built for us is stunning and it has transformed how we use our home. The entire team of builders and staff working in their showroom were absolutely amazing.
Maria, Steve, Ben, and builder Steve were great to work with. We ordered our room in March and it was built this June. It took 13 days in total to complete and it has transformed our garden. The Canadian Redwood Cedar they have installed looks stunning, and it is one of the highest quality cedar's I have seen.
I would recommend My Outhouse's garden offices as I found them to offer one of the most reasonable solutions. We used their 0% finance option which made the purchase affordable. The design, quality, professionalism and building process from this business exceeded our expectations. The team on site were clean, polite and very professional. They cleaned up at the end of each day and our new office studio looks fabulous.
Very professional experience. From the first meeting at their amazing showroom we were very impressed. All staff were fantastic, especially Robert, Steve & Ronnie our build team who were professional, very polite, courteous and friendly. I spent quite a while looking at different local garden room companies as I've had dreadful experiences with builders in the past. After visiting 6 other garden room showrooms in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, I proceeded with My Outhouse as their product quality was beyond anything else I had seen. One of the most important things for me was that I had everything done in house. Other companies only wanted to build the room itself and didn't have people to do the foundations, electric connection or even remove our old shed and concrete base. I really liked the fact that they had an actual showroom with a variety of demo buildings of different sizes and styles. This not only gave me confidence that I was making the right choice in choosing My Outhouse, but also gave me inspiration on how I wanted my garden room built..especially with all of the finishing options on display. I felt like I had a chance to design something bespoke and to my taste, rather than choosing an off the shelf structure. I'm very pleased with my decision, and I can highly recommend the entire team. Rob, Ronnie & Arsen were great on site and built the room extremely quickly. They arrived at 7:45am everyday to offload their tools and worked until 5:30/6pm. It has been a great experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend.
