This was an experience second to none from start to finish. The design and planning stage was led expertly by Josh and I immediately knew I was dealing with a company with such passion and belief in the quality and craftsmanship of their product that there was no need for clever sales techniques just honest and open great customer service. When it came to the build that was all as professional as the promise. The ground screw team came first and in a few hours the expertly constructed base was built. A few days later the cabin and build team arrived and in just one day my cabin was fully constructed by an expert team also passionate about the product and the build quality. I cannot praise Josh and his expert team highly enough and I know our new cabin will bring great happiness and enjoyment for years to come.
Highly recommended to anyone needing anything from a small garden shed to a huge log cabin! Really amazing quality of work. Great family business with the best prices around. Josh is so genuine and will always go out of his way to make sure everything runs smoothy with the best results! Definitely the best around at what they do 🙌🏻
Wow. I am amazed at how quickly and professionally they built our cabin. The quality of craftsmanship and service was incredible and we are over the moon with what they’ve done with our. From the initial visit to the build was brilliant. Nothing but good things to say and share. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
We have just had a cabin built in our garden and the customer service experience along with the build quality has been excellent. The cabin is constructed of 44mm timbers and is set on a frame on ground screws (our choice). Access to our garden is by a narrow passageway, but this presented no problems for the workers. Josh visited beforehand to make sure he understood our needs and situation. He had a specialist install the ground screws and base frame and they were great. A few days later the build team came and they were done in a couple of days. It's all been very smooth and we would totally recommend Northern Log Cabins.
I’m really pleased with my summer house - it’s an asset to the property . Everyone was professional and wanted to leave me with the best possible job.
Excellent service throughout from Josh and his fitting team. I'm extremely happy with the cabin they've built for me!
We had a custom 10x20 ft electric fitted log cabin built for our small pet boarding business. Josh kept us up to date throughout the whole process. The team did a great job and we are really happy with the end result. Thank you
