Shed Master are beyond excellent. We ordered2 sheds. We received daily email updates to the progress of their delivery. I had telephoned to check out timings as we had two sheds to demolish. I was told 10-15 days. The website said normally 28. They were here in a week! I telephoned Chris as per their email re installation. I was told they would come back to me in a couple of days. They did. Karis installed them. Early! What a lovely professional man. Two weeks from ordering our wonderful new sheds are in situ. So many companies could learn from ShedMaster. Professional, efficiency ,they communicate and deliver what they say, but better. Excellent product.What a wonderful relaxed experience. Thank you.

Cancelled my order for a greenhouse vent as they said they don’t sell separately without purchase of a greenhouse, which I already own (even though the website accepted the order). What a ridiculous way to run a business!

DO NOT BUY your shed from this company!! Not only did they install the shed in the incorrect position, but the quality of the build was appalling and they even damaged it in the process. When I highlighted these issues with them they either blamed me or the manufacturer for being poor quality and said it was not their problem. This is after they had recommended I buy a PoweShed. I am an incredibly disappointed customer and I would strongly recommend that you stay clear of this company and do not risk buying your shed from them. They outsource their installation, take no responsibility for the quality of the work and certainly don’t aim to satisfy their customers. There are plenty of other companies that you could buy your shed from.

Shed arrived within 5 days. Very quick delivery. Husband now attempting to build. Just hope he knows what he is doing. But great service.

Shopped for a potting shed and found a super version on this site. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for! Easy to order. Website clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend

Had a wooden workshop delivered and installed. Ordering was simple and the workshop arrived fast. Was an all day install. Good service provided.

I purchased x2 Outsunny 9 x 4 metal sheds with installation for my garden from ShedMaster. The Sheds arrived the next day and I layed my own base on Saturday and Chris came with his son on Monday to install both sheds. I can't thank them both enough, they are put up and arranged perfectly, exactly how I wanted them! Chris was helpful throughout the whole process keeping me informed the whole way. I will definitely be recommending ShedMaster to friends and family if they need a shed etc in the future. Thankyou so much to everyone involved with my purchase.
