Ordered a shed from this company and was told it would be delivered in October. Yet at the end of September I received a phone call to say it would be delivered "tomorrow", pointing out it would be nice to receive more notice I was told that the delivery van would be in my area then. A minor inconvenience (luckily) and the shed was duly delivered by a one man crew the next day. When starting to build I noticed that there was no substantial frame to it and was not very happy with the standard of finish. Very few of the panels supplied fitted flush with each other due to nails sticking through the frame or sections were of different lengths and protruded beyond the panel frame. The instructions supplied were so generic that they were next to useless. (As an example, the floor sections were to be joined by a joist that was neither supplied nor able to be fitted if it were as the battens on the floor panels were flush with the edges) the claim of easy assembly was NOT applicable. The roof panels do not meet in the centre and there is no batten to complete the roof, although to be fair none was shown on the contents list. The apex roof facias are too long. Trial fitting of the facias also highlighted another problem, they are too wide and when fitted, flush with the roof, the doors would not be able to be opened. The doors themselves were too long to fit in the recess and I had to shorten them by 4cms. The battens were too long to fit over the panel joints. There were several instances of nails (nail gun used throughout ?) missing the boards and were not removed prior to another nail being inserted. All in all a most unsatisfactory and disappointing purchase as it was not a cheap. I contacted the company by email and a reply stated "I am sorry to hear about the issues that you have had with your shed. I have forwarded your email and images to the manufacturing team for comment. Once I have received a response from them, I will be in touch with you to update you on these issues. I apologise for the inconvenience caused by this." A month later, having received no reply; I contacted the company again and received the following reply "I am currently still awaiting a response from the delivery team – I will chase this up again and contact you once I have an update. I apologise that I do not have any further information for you at this time." Another month has passed without further communication from the company. Altogether this company does not seem to be very customer orientated, I recommend steering clear of it. Update: 31/12/2020 I did not take the company’s advice and send an email, as I have tried that route (as explained in my review above) I guess these negative reviews get a standard reply. It is now New Year’s Eve, any reply will be next year and 3 months after my original complaint. Perhaps they are waiting for a report from the office cat before getting back to me. Update; 26/01/2021 Still waiting for the company to get back to me, terrible customer service ! Discovered another flaw in the design of this pile of timber. There being no window "frame" (Just the glass resting on the panel frame on the inside of the shed) despite using glaziers putty on initial construction. Rain and Snow hits the pane of glass and runs down to pool at the bottom of the window. The trapped water then seeps through the wood to leak inside the shed. Interesting that the only customer reviews to be seen on the company's website are 4 star reviews. Updates; Nothing heard. Due to character limit will only be putting dates from here on in. 09/03/21 16/10/21 10/03/22 09/04/22 Well "Send me photos and I will investigate". Since then another month has passed. 14/05/22 Guess what? another month gone and no results. I don't think this company has any intention of giving a satisfactory answer. "Buyer Beware" has never been truer! 26/06/22. Surprise, surprise ! nothing more heard since April. Diabolical service. 24/10/23 Unhappy Birthday!

Nice people, very helpful including the overworked delivery driver. The shed quality was good, needed some basic woodworking skills to get around the base being too small by 1cm depth.

Easy to view sheds, easy to order and good quality, easy to assemble. The delivery driver was very helpful and carried the parts up our steps to our side gate during the very hot days. Thank you, very good service all round. The only thing we've added to it is a waterproof felt topping for the roof section.

I had a very poor overall experience ordering from this company and can’t recommend them at all. Positives: 1. The actual shed construction is of good quality and seems like it will last a long time. Negatives: 1. Delivery was estimated at 5-6 weeks, in fact it took 8 weeks to arrive. Taken in isolation I’d be inclined to give them a pass on this owing to the pandemic. 2. The shed turned out to be approximately half a foot longer than the 11ft advertised. This caused an issue with siting the shed but again, I could perhaps give a pass on this if it was the only issue as I see that they now list more accurate dimensions (I don’t think they had this when I ordered but I could have missed it). 3. The barge boards supplied overlapped the doors so that they couldn’t open, requiring that I trim a notch out of each (I’ve attached a photo). Once again, I’d probably have overlooked this if it were the only issue. 4. Finally, after fully assembling the shed it became clear that the glass supplied for the windows was too big for the openings. I emailed asking for them to supply smaller panes and was told that this would be fine only for the lorry to arrive at my house with three new wall panels. I sent these back as the shed had already been built and it would’ve taken hours to pull it apart and reconstruct it with different panels, not to mention emptying the contents again - the delivery driver agreed with me. On contacting the company again I was told that the only recourse they were prepared to offer was the replacement wall panels and that they would send a person to install them. They flat out refused to either send new glass or to refund me the cost of purchasing it myself. In the end I swallowed the cost of buying new glass to avoid the hassle of pulling the shed to bits but I’m extremely unsatisfied with this outcome.

Due to lack of driver's our shed was delivered three days after initial date. We were contacted on the day of delivery to advise of this. We understand these things can happen. Shed was delivered today by two very pleasant delivery drivers. Not erected yet but hopefully everything will be here! Good value product.

The initial contact was very good and responsive. But the order had to change slightly as they couldn't supply the shed we ordered and we had to cancel installation as our ground was uneven and they wouldn't do it. After that they seemed to completely disappear. You can't ring this company. They have a message saying they are dealing with emails but this is untrue as they don't answer any emails, we sent loads. Finally the shed arrived, a very nice helpful delivery driver. Our builder installed the shed but crucial support beams were missing and he had to go to wickes and buy wood to make some. The gable end does not reach the roof so we have holes at the ends. We haven't been able to complete installation as we can't get any response from the company regarding the fact it doesn't actually fit together. They acknowledged our email saying parts were missing but since then (nearly 2 weeks) nothing from them at all despite chasing. I'm writing this review in the hope it might make them respond. We have a shed that is basically useless. Given a time machine I would never, ever buy a shed from this company. If the option was to give 0 stars I would. Awful, awful customer service. They may be really busy but if your one job is to sell sheds and you can't even do that properly you may as well give up.
