SM Garden Sheds

SM sheds service and advise was brilliant, they did exactly what they said they would. The shed itself was as I expected, I'm well pleased with it. It looks good, it is water tight etc. I did have a few minor assembly problems ie. a few holes not aligning, so had to be drilled and the threaded screws could have been longer. Overall I'm well well pleased.

Great service from start to finish. We had a personal meeting to discuss our Shed requirements. This was duly ordered and delivered and erected within the agreed specified time. Made aware of the process throughout. The Lifetime Shed was outstanding quality and we highly recommend SM Garden Sheds. Great customer service. Thank you.

Purchased an 8x6 Super Apex ship lap shed. From ordering to delivery the service has been excellent. Agreed to the longer lead in time, communication and updates from the company has been spot on. Delivery was on the day and within the time slot given. Extremely polite and professional (and careful) delivery driver and the shed has exceeded my expectations for a budget range shed. The quality really is excellent for the price, no damage, split or warped panels and all the accessories were really well packaged. I am really impressed and have no hesitation in recommending this company based on my overall experience, would definitely buy again Thanks very much

I bought the 6 x 4 Lotus Apex metal shed and am delighted with it. Delivery took a bit longer than I expected but still within max time frame. I managed to built it myself with only a little help from my wife. Instructions were pretty good in general but were not too clear on a couple of things but customer service from company was excellent. I chose the timber floor which I laid inside the shed rather than build the shed on top of the floor as suggested. Made for a really neat weatherproof finish. Can certainly recommend it. .

We started to get slightly concerned when we were 2 weeks over the expected delivery timeframe and the tracking information had not changed. I emailed and was advised to "ignore the tracking" as this was not used. Another week passed and another email was sent, but this time I did not receive a reply, however, the next day I received a text from the delivery driver saying he would be coming the following day, I said this was not suitable due to work but he stated he could not change this as he only delivered to my area fortnightly. We agreed for an early delivery before work, however they arrived late, making us late for work. I summary we spent £1900 o. A shed and had an anxious 5 week wait with minimal communication and botched delivery, to top it off a component of the shed was missing and we had to contact the manufacturer (although this is clearly not SM's fault). With hindsight I would have purchased from elsewhere.

Due to problems with delivery I was constantly chasing and was not kept up to date as a valued customer. When it was delivered there was only 1 man and it was a 2 man item so my son helped but even so a lot of my pebbled drive was dragged into my garage drain. Not very happy about delivery. Also I asked for a specific morning or afternoon and was just given afternoon. He arrived after 6pm which was a whole afternoon off work waiting. The delivery driver said that I could have been the first drop off that day as I was only local to where he lived!

Great service, everyone I spoke to was very polite and helpful, ordered and delivered without any problems, which is exactly what they said they would. The shed looks great, I didn't put it up but my boyfriend did he said it's good quality and easy to assemble.
