Great, family run, business who always deliver on time, on budget and never with problems, only solutions! They built a garden office last year, and then last month fitted some much needed air conditioning. It’s made such a difference and well worth the investment.
Absolutely thrilled with our garden office/room, it's been in place for a year now and all working great. It's like stepping into a productivity haven right in our garden, The installation process was a breeze – the team was professional, efficient, and left the garden spotless. The office itself is a masterclass in design and functionality, offering a serene workspace with top-notch insulation that keeps it cozy in winter and cool in summer. Internet connection from the house is flawless, and the natural light pouring in through the large double doors is an absolute game-changer. It's the perfect blend of tranquility and efficiency. Two years on, and I am still delighted! I love my studio space so much and even after two years, I still get a buzz every single time I go out there. Having a dedicated place to workout is so motivational - whatever your reason for wanting a space of your own, a Thain room will make you happy :) I genuinely think it was the best decision I ever made and can't recommend Thain highly enough.
We have a very tight space with poor access to the garden and the room we have is FANTASTIC! It utilises EVERY cm of potential and is a joy to work in. From the first meeting with Robert, right through the build, they we all so responsive, professional, personable and staggeringly hard working... we really could not be more pleased with the room that we have. I had a design ready but Daniel arrived and made some excellent suggestions and adapted the design and build in situ. We were able to adapt and change as the build happened and were NOT nickel and dimmed with that change... I don't think the price changed at all with all of the changes that we made. I'd really recommend Thain Garden Rooms - it's hard to imagine how they could have been better.

The whole experience with Thain's has been superb. From the initial design and planning process, through the actual build and the after care, Rob and the team have been superb. Easy to work with, knowledgeable and totally professional the Chains team are the best builders I have ever worked with. The building itself looks as good 2 years later as the day it was built. I have no hesitation in recommending Thains
I can't recommend these guys enough. From first contact to the last everything they did was professional, friendly and of top quality. Rob came to our property twice to make sure he understood our needs and he was quick at responding and answered all our questions throughout. The quote and invoicing was made easy, with everything laid out up front. They did exactly as what was promised and on time. The end product is exactly as expected and more; the build and finish, even to a novice, is noticably of the best quality and standard. I can't wait to start work and show off my new office space.
