Hugely disappointed with this company. Been back and forth with Wojciech who in simple terms is either too busy or cant be bothered. Ive already had to make contact once to ask why im getting no response to emails; which is when he told me he was too busy with too many emails. Emailed over a week ago to ask for my quote to be amended based on the Sale Offer email id received (which the email specifically tells me to do) - no reply - is this a coincidence that im being ignored right up until the offer is due to end?

Bought a 6x8 shed from their Cadnam branch last year. Despite having a warranty, the company is completely uninterested in the problems we are having with the shed becoming very mouldy on the inside within just a few months. Been palmed off with excuses (“you need to install a vent, you just need to wash it etc”) and trying to pass the onus on to me for a shed that’s less than 12 months old. IF IT NEEDS A VENT TO STOP MY STUFF GOING MOULDY THEN IT SHOULD HAVE COME WITH A VENT. Abysmal customer service and very unprofessional. Total joke, will not be using them again! This review has tried to be removed as fake engagement, which is nonsense. Please do not remove it.

If you live in the South then these guys are the people to go to. All their products are of the highest quality and customer service is spot on. What ever your project / purchase, big or small, their knowledge and helpfulness is a breath of fresh air. I’m planning a whole overall of my garden and they were as excited as I was about it. Lovely people to deal with from the management team to the delivery driver. Great company, well done.

Great customer service and excellent value for DIY or trade fencing needs, the staff are always happy to help. The materials and products are excellent quality and provide good robust fencing, our most recent project has been completed on budget thanks to the team. We have needed a couple of custom gates which have been quoted competitively with short lead times which is excellent.

Graham is absolutely excellent…..friendly, full of great advice and info and great to deal with. The two guys who built it were also very polite and professional. I recently took my mother here to purchase some fencing materials, what a wonderfully run family business. Very helpful and polite, very good prices. All the staff are lovely and knowledgeable too, from the young gentleman that served us, to the very helpful and polite delivery gentleman. All in all a great service and experience and we will definitely use them again in the future, 100%, highly recommend this company. Thankyou to you all.
